My first & last time coming here. I queued up to change money at the counter. I only had to change another $150 to topup what i already had but the uncle just took my money print to me a rate that is not the same as the board. I asked him why different rate he shout at me to look behind (minimum change $200). I said i dont have $200 how, he say dont change and threw my money across the counter top.
Note that there is not a long line behind me. Top notch human being. I rather change elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Tore my 100 yuan note under the counter and claimed it was torn.
However before i gave it to her, I checked and saw that it was fine , thus i am very sure she tore it.
Do not go to this place thought it was a reputable place , but didn’t know that they operated so shadily.
Cheated me of my money. A SCAM place. Akin to stealing an item but denying it

Called at 1:30pm to ask about VND rates, was told 16,600 and even double confirmed with them in mandarin and English. Reached the place and was told 15,875 or so ( close to 15,900 ). Told them that I called in and they said 16,600 and they replied saying “ oh the exchange rate fluctuates “ . A 3-4% fluctuation in less than 2 hours without any news about Vietnam or Singapore ? If this doesn’t scream a bad experience I don’t know what is. Avoid this place at all cost unless your flight or trip is leaving in the next 30 mins..
Reach 9:28 but claim service stops at 9, 9+ is closing
Came at 10:00am but was told 10mins despite the operating hourse. Found another money changer since staff was rude and not accommodating.
Came at 7pm on Christmas Eve, service was efficient and fast, provided receipt as well. Rates are competitive ??
