a week agoVery bad experience with the staff. Very rude and even gave me the finger and insulted me with words that I should go back to School to learn how to count when I queried his exchange rate. I gave him 900,000 Vietnamese dong and he only gave me S$36 however, the rate as I checked should at least be close to S$50. Anyway, I went to another money changer in Bugis and I got S$47.60. What a huge difference!!!2 months agoDefinitely the last time. Lousy attitude. The mid-aged indian guy is very rude and mean. Asked him nicely to recount with money detector for the second time because i wanted to double check it is correct (counted RM3000 (RM50 notes) one time only with the machine, he took out a few pcs of notes when the machine was not finish counting!) i think i have the right to request for that. He did recounted the notes, but when handed the the money to me, he told me “count with your hand better.” So mean. One of the worst money changer that gives the worst rate. Please change at other place if you have the time.
The opening hour is at 10am but only starts business at 10.11am. Conveniently located in a mall near the train station but major currency’s rate is not attractive (JPY 109.29). Good if you are in a rush and don’t mind spending a little more to save hassle and for more convenience
