I read “good” reviews and decided to call this place. The first guy who answered the call yday evening was pleasant and gelpful. However he told me to call again this morning to confirm the rate and they wud reserve it for me to collect. When I called this morning… Wow!… The 2nd guy who I spoke to cudn’t care less! He wasn’t keen. It seemed like I was the one owing them money! Plus when I asked the rate… He quotes me 3.6 where as other places I checked quotes 2.8!! When I asked him how come… His answer… Classic… “That’s my rate!”

Every money changers is the same, unless we have make a huge amount of exchange only. What is the reviews all about? A few cents will not kill us for a small amount of different in exchange rate. Be wise, do the math and stop hopping around just for a few cents and wasted your precious time anyway.
Compared 3 places, the rate is mid range. Reasonable, responsive and quick. Overall, very helpful.

Pick up call within 2 seconds, promptly answer, opposite klang parade, easy to access and change money. Great. Just that the guy staff maybe not so patience sometime.
