a year agoThe best money changer in the PJ area by far. I always get my foreign currencies exchanged here before going abroad. The customer service is excellent and the rates are one of the best in the area. Although located in a quiet mall (PJ33 Mall), I believe that this is the go-to place for many PJ folks for currency exchange.8 months agoExcellent service and rate. PIC was very polite and calculate everything clearly with good explanation, something very rare in most money changing facility. They do accept online transfer directly, so you don’t need to bring your cash with you to exchange.9 months agoCalled about five other money changers within the Klang Valley. The staff are rude and totally unhelpful. They belive they are a law unto themselves.
In the past we always used them, but lately the staff have been very untrustworthy.
I called and asked for a rate which he gave me over the phone. I rushed there to change the money and he said we don’t have funds to change. 5 mins thats what it took me to get there.
He could have told me over the phone. After asking me the 20 qs.
I will sure never use them again.
First time here. Encountered 2 staff, one I made enquiries n the other attended to me. Both were nice and friendly. Good n quick service
Shop ‘opened’ at 9.30 alright, but the guy said to come back at around 10.30 ..
Useless. Says closed at 4pm but 2pm closed already. Wasted people time to drive all the way here. When call, no answer also. ? better go elsewhere.
Rate was decent but i got handed over 4×100 bad notes which is 400 ringgits in total. Banks didn’t accept those notes and i had to use them in random shops. Shop name is alif.
