Have encountered the very bad and unhappy experience whereby they remittance the money to the beneficiary account is split by few batches. This is not indicate any clauses when sign up and not even told the customer they have 2 type of currency exchange rate either remittance by batch or lump sum. If receive in lump sum the exchange rate will be lower and this is not indicate in their exchange rate board as well. We get to know their internal SOP after the incident happened on the following day. Really not professional and will not engaged their service in future.

JC Global(Waterway Point) service is really good. In the past, I would queue up to remit money. Once I knew that I could remit money online, it was really much more convenient and efficient. Thank you JC global for the great service! Love it….

    VERY BAD SERVICE AND RATES. I went on 12 Feb 1pm to change RMB 6,000 which I received from my grandmother when I visited her last year in China. The money was kept for me in an old wardrobe, for many years. It is a bit old, but real money. The staff initially told me the rate was 530, then he revised to 545. Then he was my cash, he keep on argue it’s old, and pushed the rates to 560. HELLO you think this is flea market??!!

    1. Came here despite one too many negative reviews.
      So the shop is not open at 11am as suggested. I waited for at least 45mins before business commence. Best come after 12noon.
      Approached & greet the man in the counter with a smile and hey ho i got a smile back in return! Transaction was rather smooth, fast and efficient. Rate is not the best but his the only one in Punggol at this moment so i still got a fair trade in my honest opinion.
      Guess it takes two to tango.

    2. stated will open at 11am. Came here early and waited for 20 mins but still not open. Go another place if want change money. Wasted my time here honestly

    3. Online rate for the day was 109 but japanese yen but shop was 92.6. Too far off so I did not change here. Went to the money exchange at hougang mall level 5 and it was 108.26. How can the rates be so far off? Rather take a few more stops to hougang to change money than do it here.

    4. I went to change my money back to SGD from Korean won. I had a rough estimate how much I will have. While waiting I got a call and was on the line . He passed me the cash and I left. I suspected he will be funny with the amount and true enough it was short. I told him I gave you X amount and how can I get back lesser than what I gave you!! He said he count wrongly and faster gave me the right amount. Actually very sus

    5. Like what others have mentioned, tried to short change 320 dollars of the currency I wanted. Lucky I stood there to check before walking away. Very dishonest money changer. Please avoid
