I enjoyed my stay with my family for 2 nights. What really stood out was the cleanliness. The rooms can use some refurbishment but all the staff have been friendly and kept everything very clean and tidy.

We were set at 7th floor and congestion at the lift only one or two was working with soo many people checking in. At night, I was terribly disturbed by ‘some things’ and the toilet in the hotel was soo creepy with the mirror facing the door. Soo eerie to stay here it has old haunted hotel vibe. Parking space was also scary. Don’t stay here alone. Bathtub water was clogged but plumber came quite fast. The bathroom floor was also filled with water like something somewhere is leaking. Same price with other nearby hotel but the vibe was different. You might want to pay for valet parking because the place was refurbished and old and small and toooo far to reach to the lobby. Overall super inconvenient to stay here

    Situated at a prime location in KD, this hotel offers an acceptable stay in my weekend experience. Parking may be an issue as this area is crowded all the time but managed to find one or two empty slots late at night. The rooms are rather small with only about 5-6 tiles to move about inside. Generally it is clean and comfortable but if I can be overcritical, the beds could need an upgrade as they sink after lying on them awhile.

    Rated average. Double room very small. Imagine to stay two person in a very small room. No space for Muslim to pray. That size suit for single only. Reception counter only from 9am-5pm. Before or after that time, you need to communicate with the other H Boutique Hotel. I checked in and noticed that only have one pillow. It was like the housekeeping doesn’t do their work proper. Iron section very sad. I suggested to the hotel, just put the steam iron. So that no shirt gonna burn during iron. Hang out section at level 3 was very nice. The only problem is, we need to use our room card to activate the power supply. Which is not very practical because one person wanna stay in room, the other person want to sit at the corner. Both need the card. Hopefully the hotel will take note and improve in future. ☺️

    Around the hotel got a lot of delicious food, there is a Taiwan food cafe on the same row.

    Don’t worry you’ll find ur favourite food there and also it is a milk tea lover heaven.

    1. Really liked it. Strategic location. The rooms are clean and spacious, the prices are not too expensive and the surroundings are complete with facilities for selling food and groceries. There is also a coin laundry. Several types of restaurants. Can be a long term stay at corporate prices. Friendly staff.

    2. 4 star hotel. All is lousy. Hotel room include breakfast but the breakfast is go other cafe to eat. What is the point for us book room with breakfast. Hotel aircond no wind at all Totally worst experience. WONT COME BACK ANYMORE!

    3. Im first time here, i gve u 5 stars ? room so beautiful and clean, its all good. For food need to online, but theres a cafe next to hotel. Dont worry here 24 hour supermarket availble too, so dont worry ? THX QLIQ

    4. 1. They did not provide parking for customers. They asked me to park on the roadside without any responsibility. In the end, the police came and fined my car, even on the weekend.
      2. Their receptionist is really unhelpful. Management, please consider replacing that Malay girl with glasses and long hair. I asked her how to get to my room, but she answered rudely without even looking at my face.
      3. The room is not the same as advertised.
      4. I will not recommend it to others.

    5. Genuinely one of the worst hotels i’ve ever been to in my life… do not come here!!

      1. upon arrival there was no one at the front desk and we had to call someone to check us in
      2. front desk lady was incredibly rude
      3. when we went into the rooms they were FILTHY
      – used towels
      – unmade beds
      – hair all over the floor
      4. when we went to address the problem the front desk lady was rude and unapologetic
      5. the new “clean” rooms were also disgusting — dirt on the toilet and floors, the walls were filthy, etc

      This hotel sucks
