  1. The location is nearby shop lots, so it is very accessible and many other shops like convenience stores nearby. The room was very great and quite spacious. But the shower room glass is see through from outside, so it is not very comfortable. overall very satisfied

  2. Very convenient to stay. The hotel is close to everywhere. It’s easy to reach any destination from the hotel. The rooms are clean, people are always helpful. They can assist you whenever you need help. The iron is there in every floor, so it’s easy to use, we don’t need to call the operator or housekeeping to bring iron. The receptionists are kind and always smile on their face. ❤?

  4. It’s actually a hostel pretending to be a hotel. Walls are paper thin and not made of concrete, and sound proofing is non-existent. You’ll hear the traffic throughout the night if your room is near the main road.

    Common shower and toilet was clean. Nothing outstanding, EXCEPT the staff at the counter.

    He was polite, helpful, respectful and honest. He’s available 24 hours a day! Such dedication!

    Customers should also keep proof of payment of tourism tax. Collection of MYR10 seems to be the default arrangement if you don’t challenge.
