a month agoStayed for a night here with my wife and two young children. The room is spacious and the facilities that were provided have met the usual needs. However, more needs to be done on customer service. During checkout, I was shocked to hear one of the front desk staff rudely yelling at a lady demanding her to pay for a lost spoon. I am like “girl” why do this in front of young guests and the whole lobby to hear all for RM10 in damages? Bad day or just a bad attitude? That front desk staff in my opinion shouldn’t work at a hotel or any other work that requires customer service.2 months agoWell I would say my Monday stay was fine and basic but almost got cheated today when they say only left queen suite available and charge 120rm but it was the same room I had on Monday at 70rm..?.Manage to get back my 50rm with help from cleaner.

a month ago2nd time here & visited here again for their in-room jacuzzi. One of the few hotels to have your own personal in-room jacuzzi.Room is relatively okay. Nothing to shout about apart from the huge tub. There seemed to be a slight upgrade on their furniture since my last visit in 2022.
Addition of the smart TV in the room is great. Built-in Netflix, Amazon Prime & you are also able to cast from your android phone.
One of the downside would be the lack of private parking lots. Only hourly street parkings are available. Do remember to pay their street parking charges via the MBJB app to avoid unnecessary fines.

Bedsheet/mattress not clean – feel itchy when sleeping on bed
Location is not so ideal for family because of slightly long walking distance to Aeon shopping mall. The situation could be worse if it’s rainy days.
6 months agoRoom is clean and spacious. More than ample spacw for 2 pax.Water pressure of shower needs to be improved. Its even weaker than my home shower.
The jacuzzi tub also needed to be thoroughly washed. When the blasters were turned on, there were black specks in the water.
There were many food options nearby and multiple supermarket/convenience stores.
Cleaning staff are friendlier than front desk staff and need to take more initiative.
Would come back to stay in this hotel again if i needed to be in the area.

a month agoLots of shops and restaurant nearby. Parking can be difficult at peak hour. Rooms quite small but comfortable, suitable with the price. Got lift so quite easy if you have big luggage or elderly person with you4 months agoLobby and room has old musty smell despite no carpet installation. Looks clean though. No window and no cellular signal in room feels very insecure. Yes there is wifi but still… Reception despite friendly, lack of attitude. Was on loud speaker phone call throughout check in process. Hotel located right at the heart of Eco Botanic commercial center with many restaurants and eateries within minutes of walking.2 months agoA cute and quaint budget hotel located right in the middle of Eco Botanic in Johore. Location is perfect as it is surrounded by shops and eateries. Reasonably price for the budget traveller. Rooms are abit squeezy so it is recommended to go for the family room. Furnishings are a bit worned and dated but bearable considering it’s a budget hotel. It was a no frills experience, however the location made up for everything.a month agoClean room and close to eateries and convenience stores. The staff also allowed us to check-in an hour early because the room was ready. Recommended ??

The location is nearby shop lots, so it is very accessible and many other shops like convenience stores nearby. The room was very great and quite spacious. But the shower room glass is see through from outside, so it is not very comfortable. overall very satisfied
Very convenient to stay. The hotel is close to everywhere. It’s easy to reach any destination from the hotel. The rooms are clean, people are always helpful. They can assist you whenever you need help. The iron is there in every floor, so it’s easy to use, we don’t need to call the operator or housekeeping to bring iron. The receptionists are kind and always smile on their face. ❤?

It’s actually a hostel pretending to be a hotel. Walls are paper thin and not made of concrete, and sound proofing is non-existent. You’ll hear the traffic throughout the night if your room is near the main road.
Common shower and toilet was clean. Nothing outstanding, EXCEPT the staff at the counter.
He was polite, helpful, respectful and honest. He’s available 24 hours a day! Such dedication!
Customers should also keep proof of payment of tourism tax. Collection of MYR10 seems to be the default arrangement if you don’t challenge.
