We were requested for Rm 50 refundable deposit during check-in. The receptionist was friendly. The lobby is actually on the fourth floor and the rooms are on the 5th floor. Ground floor is just the walking entrance.
As for the room, the bedsheets were not clean at all. It was dusty and we found hair on it. Our skin is very sensitive, so due to the dust, we got irritation.
As for the bathroom, it was very huge and clean. The downside was the heater was not working on the first and second day of our stay. Fortunately, it worked on the third day.
Easily accessible for parking and plenty of restaurants like Chinese cuisine, Old Town White Coffee, speedmarts like KK Mart.
Can stay for a short vacay and definitely not going to stay here anymore.

The hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floor. It has lifts. It doesn’t provide breakfast.

Staying here with my family on last week. Nearby convenience store such as 7e, KK mart, fast food & etc.. We love staying here. Very recommend.

2 months agoPlease fix your vending machine system and counter service to make it easier for customers to check out at any time. not like this , I have to wait 2/3 hours more just to check out because I want to check out early from the date I should check out, while I have an emergency, the existence of the vending machine is to make it easier for customers , of course we understand if any errors to the vending machine. then please ask the counter service to help the customer not just sitting at the counter like no nothing , counter service should be able to do manual check in or check out. please take notes!2 months agoEmergency booking. The location is very strategic, a lot of shops nearby.
The room is alright, but one thing I hate is the sound proofing is very poor (especially when the adjacent rooms are showering). It’s like a battlefield. Very loud.
I had to buy ear plugs from the nearest pharmacy.
Lucky you if you get the corner room as you will only hear noises from the room next to you.
The reception staff & location is considered good. However, I am extremely disappointed with the hygiene of the room, particularly concerning the pillows (Please review the pictures). I have requested a change for both pillows. They have tried their best and replaced the more severely affected one, but they informed me that all the pillows are more or less in the same condition ( in picture). While I understand that this is a 3-star hotel, my primary concern is the hygiene aspect rather than the size of the room, parking, etc. Let’s not forget that we have just gone through the pandemic (Covid). I hope that my comments will prompt the top management to take appropriate action. It is not fair to attribute the issue solely to low-level employees.
Noisy occupants at midnight, slamming door, shouting and running across the corridor, not sure if they are workers around this areas.

Zero rated. Expensive. Even rm70 hotel better and cleaner than it. The blanket & pillow seems didn’t wash, smelly inherit from previous user, reuse multiple times. With hair & stain on it.
Not worth the price. For the hotel owner, Please go to room 9108 and smell it if u don’t believe.
I know u are budget hotel, but please “budget” doesn’t mean it must be “dirty”.
