JakaThe hostel has also been very social and convenient for solo travellers such as myself. It is also on top of a cool bar where a lot of social things have been happening, such as game nights and karaoke nights!

Booked only for two nights, but extended my stay because I met so many nice people here. They have a good room to watch some movies or just chill. They also have a bar downstairs where you can get really good priced beers or cocktails. The owners are really nice and will help you with all you questions. Recommend staying here.

The hostel itself has a bar that is inspired by reggae. The bar creates a cool social atmosphere where you can either find new friends at the beer pong tournament or during karaoke night. In the lounge on the second floor, the cosy sofas invite you to watch movies and relax. The staff and volunteers from around the world are very helpful, open-minded and friendly.

Such a fun place to stay as a group or a solo traveller looking to meet people! The hotel is situated on top of a bar (so it can get a little loud) but it’s a great atmosphere with reasonably priced drinks and lovely bartenders! The room was in need of a little bit of love… but nice and spacious for 4 of us. Really close to gaya street night market, so you can get cheap & delicious local food just around the corner!

Our room was full of mold and dirt so we had to sleep with face mask and clothes on.2 years agoIts just a nice room for me.you can choose a cheap room from rm 35 in conditions sharing toilet & batroom.but its just a bit noice.hehe..2 years agoLow budget motel to those visitor who wants to travel far or just one stop night-in. Not recommended to stay long because lack of facilities. Do not walk in cash! Book online so you can get even lower price start from 37 ++3 years ago1 star for the noises that other doing at the second floor. Smashing door and loudly talking ….. No wonder the room is cheaper. For those whose looking for room don’t take at the second floor. You will be annoying with the noises.a year agoTo be honest…. Thoroughly enjoyed the last three nights at Capsule Inn. The staff are next level helpful, friendly and accommodating!
The kitchen facilities are great too and we were able to cook all 3 days we were there. Real homely feel as there is a big living room with Netflix, Xbox, games and books.
Capsules are spacious, air conditioned and well lit, and the lockers provided are huge – big enough to fit a big and small backpack combined.
Toilets and showers are clean and location is close to lots of shops and restaurants.
Would stay here again ??
Excellent place with an unbeatable price, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and a great location in the heart of the city. I enjoyed the privacy and cosiness that my capsule provided.
The place was nice, clean, near laundry, near restaurants, staff was very friendly and healpful, for budget person this is the best place to stay who want go for adventure, will stay there again next time.
The air conditioner only works at night! During the day you can die from the heat. WiFi works poorly, is too slow and often does not work at all. They require a deposit of 20RM but it’s not clear why, there’s not even a TV here.
They took a deposit of 20RM from me, but the reception is only open after 8 am. At 6 am there is simply no one to return your deposit. Not good.
