The room did not resemble the pictures. It was dirty, moist and had a bad smell. Housekeeping said that they couldn’t do anything about the dirtyness as they believed it was permanent. Nevertheless, there was dust and stains everywhere and the building feels equally dirty. Location is fine with a subway stop behind the hotel.

Great hotel to stay, the room is clean & quiet. Enviroment is nice and the staff friendly. Most importantly, the room and bathroom was very clean.The location of this hotel is perfect, easy to find local food and very near to Pudu station. It’s not very pricey and you can nice place to stay.

I recommend this hotel, for budget travelers and working locals, easy access to LRT station, they do provide iron and water dispenser in the common area, as well as you can get monthly good rates, but there limited parking spaces in the back depending on what time you arrive. Overall, I would definitely come again.

2 months agoI think I got the upgrade room. Only for a night and it is lovely. Near the Raja Chuan LRT station, so it is easy to walk everywhere. We have to deposit 100MYR to stay and it will be returned if the room is still in good condition.6 months agoTldr: Very dirty, beds have zero cushion and the air-conditioning barely worked. I had spent this hotel more several months.
Here is my report in my view.
The previous hotel superior did steal my items without my permission and an employee asked me money many times.
Rooms are so dirty as you see hair is on floor and bathroom too.
If you want to get the worst experience,
I will recommend you here.
Housekeeping and quality also are not worthy of paying as much as the hotel provides.
No lift means you have to climb stairs with your luggage.
On the other hands, housekeeping never does even asking them.
Asked them why theydidn’t?
Forgot or too busy, they said.
This is the kind of hotel, but there are good things about it. As I wrote earlier, it can be an unpleasant experience!
the place was disgusting! To go in you have to go to another place for check-in and they ask you for an extra payment as a deposit. The room smells awful and its very ugly. the girl give me a card to open the door but the. you need a key to closed and its not really safe leave your belongings there. Then i come back at 10:30pm and i need a code to open the door of the reception that nobody gave me so i was trying to call them but no answer. Don’t go to this place because is not a hostel, it is for rats! You can not be able to sleep because the people is ringing the bell because they don’t know the code for the main entrance

A good place for transit as it is located beside KL Sentral. Lots of eateries nearby too. Totally a great value
