Review: We arrived at the hotel around 16:30 and decided to grab a bite to eat before settling into our room. When we returned at 19:30, we were disappointed with the room’s condition and immediately decided to check out and find another place. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to refund our money, claiming it had been longer than their policy allowed (5 – 10 minutes).
The staff was polite, but apart from that, there’s not much positive to say. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere and stained curtains. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and within minutes, we encountered small bugs crawling on us. While we could have overlooked the cleanliness issues, we had booked a room with a queen-sized bed and ended up with two twin beds pushed together. And to make matters worse, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, with old, springy mattresses.
My advice is to steer clear of this place. It’s clear that the hotel doesn’t prioritize maintaining a decent standard. Instead, consider staying at the Holiday Inn Express, which would likely be a better choice.
Last bit, in case you decide to stay anyways. Be careful with the elevator. I know that seems like an odd complaint, however the doors close very quickly.
I had spent this hotel more several months.
Here is my report in my view.
The previous hotel superior did steal my items without my permission and an employee asked me money many times.
Rooms are so dirty as you see hair is on floor and bathroom too.
If you want to get the worst experience,
I will recommend you here.
Housekeeping and quality also are not worthy of paying as much as the hotel provides.
No lift means you have to climb stairs with your luggage.
On the other hands, housekeeping never does even asking them.
Asked them why theydidn’t?
Forgot or too busy, they said.
This is the kind of hotel, but there are good things about it. As I wrote earlier, it can be an unpleasant experience!
the place was disgusting! To go in you have to go to another place for check-in and they ask you for an extra payment as a deposit. The room smells awful and its very ugly. the girl give me a card to open the door but the. you need a key to closed and its not really safe leave your belongings there. Then i come back at 10:30pm and i need a code to open the door of the reception that nobody gave me so i was trying to call them but no answer. Don’t go to this place because is not a hostel, it is for rats! You can not be able to sleep because the people is ringing the bell because they don’t know the code for the main entrance

A good place for transit as it is located beside KL Sentral. Lots of eateries nearby too. Totally a great value
I recently stayed at OYO 410 Brickfields Park Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall.
The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for a short stay. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were sufficient for my needs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
