The receptionists are in the Executive lounge, Ms Sheron and Ms Stephanies are well manners and thoughtful of the guests’ needs. Their services are fast and precise.The lounge is spacious, clean, quiet and offers a fantastic of the sea, golf course, river, town …

Sunset and sunrise can be viewed at the appropriate time of the day.

All of the staff, including the housekeepers are smiling on their jobs; never fail to greet you every time when we meet.

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Beds were comfortable too but pillows need upgrading. Checking in at this hotel took very long. I was already exhausted from traveling and had to wait more than 30 minutes for check in to be completed. Staff could definitely be more friendly. Restaurant food at the hotel is average.

You have good environment and friendly staff. The room’s light does not turn on when I first came to the room and few minutes later the staff came and repair it quickly. Overall it is good stay and I would like to recommend to include seafood menu in your room dining menu.

Check-in and check-out was very brief. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and Miri Times Square. The room condition and amenities is very good. Only thing is that we can hear the occupants above our room running around and playing. Overall, all is good.

I reserved two connecting rooms approximately a month ago. Since we arrived thirty minutes ahead of the scheduled check-in time of 2.00 pm, it made sense that only one room had been cleared. Unfortunately, the other room ended up ready over two hours later. Around 3.30 pm, the receptionist called to tell that someone would be delivering the room key cards shortly. After another 30 minutes of restless waiting, I rang the concierge to confirm the room’s status with the front desk. After 10 minutes had passed, I warily returned to the front desk, insisting on another update (we had previously arranged for the receptionist to contact me once the other room was ready, so they could deliver the key cards to my other room, avoiding unnecessary repetitive inquiries to the lobby). As I approached the front desk questioning about the room, a different receptionist nonchalantly grabbed the room key cards off the rear counter and handed them to me without saying anything (the cards appeared to have been fully prepared for quite some time as they were stored separately). After a solid 2 hours of anticipation, I received no explanation from the receptionist, let alone an apology. Such a lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the hotel’s reputation and standard as a “5-star” establishment. In contrast, the rooms were spacious and had adequate amenities; however, one room smelled like there was vomit in the corner and the other was missing an iron with a board. Thankfully, Pullman Hotel is conveniently located, surrounded by adjacent restaurants and shopping malls, with picturesque views overlooking the city and ocean.

    decent room for its price range. but call service doesn’t pick up phones when you needed something. the room i booked doesn’t have a soap refilled so have to shower without soap since i travel for work and in a rust since call for service doesn’t response.

    It’s fine, so far the 2 bed apartment was great. The 2 bed bedroom was great but there was no small fridge. Not a necessity, just saying. After all it’s usually a night stay for a weekend trip. It’s above E-mart and has restaurants below and nearby. Although a little bit far from the shopping malls but all good.

    Location wise close to every shop. There is mall, restaurant, laundry, groceries, close to airport. But slightly far from city centre. Good for those who want to avoid city centre. located next to pan borneo highway but still no noise heard from the highway.

    i enjoyed my stay here. the staffs were friendly. so what’s even better is, there’s a restaurant exiting the entrance. it’s the NASI ULAM restaurant owned by a Kelantanese lady. the food are absolutely yummy. so this hotel is also a favourite stay for Brunei citizens. the location is very strategic as it’s very near to the airport. around it are restaurants, hardwares, groceries stores, pharmacy and many more. i really suggest this hotel. it’s worth it when you come to Miri.????????????

    Only one key card per room and it is a hassle to ask the staff to open the room.

    1. I stayed here 3 nights so I tried both the private queen room and budget room. Private room condition is nice. They have great shower! However, the quality of budget room has a loooot to improve. The shared bathroom and toilet are filthy.
      , with broken doors you can’t lock nor close.
      The price is good due to their not so strategic location at the city. It’s not walking distance to shopping, cafes, or eateries at night. Well, in the morning, all the food court downstairs are open and they have good foods.

    2. The room smells a little and the hot shower is so so. Although you pay what you get for. WiFi is good. The bed is nice and the sheets are clean. It just ain’t the best place to stay since it’s not right in the city center where most of the shops at night are open just a walk away.

    3. Budget room. There is air conditioning in each room but no cool. More like fan without sound. Quite big room with big bed. Shared bathroom is clean but smelly. My stay per night is RM 30.

    4. Been here for quarantine, company’s booking before going offshore. I guessed its cheap. Need to follows SOP. Not that great. Free WiFi at times week signal, TV’s programs no movie channels. Only local. Not recommended for family.

    5. Very convenient and nearby to the food court and market. Service good but unfortunately no ? so need to climb the stairs.
