Firstly, upon checking in to the family room. The first thing to be noticed are the few small sized cockroaches running around about on the floor.
The family room is very spacious but with a closer inspection of the room, the bed sheets are not really clean with few stains here and there while the table/counter in the room is dirty. Paint on the walls are also not well maintained, with some stains and paint chipping off the walls. The refrigerator provided in my room is also quite dirty.
The toilet seems to be ok and usable, with just a few uncleaned stains here and there. However, the toilet seems to just be the “spawning” zone of these tiny sized cockroaches. (Killed multiple of them but they still keep endlessly coming back). At night I can hardly sleep, cause it feels like the cockroaches are watching you sleeping and can be anywhere and everywhere.
Overall, this place needs a deep pest extermination and a good deep cleaning. Hope management can improve on these.
For now, I currently don’t recommend anyone to stay here for any occasion.
Found lots of cockroaches running around bed room and toilet. Dirty basin and rusty towel rack. Missing TV in one of the room. Staff also not so friendly. Avoid if possible.
Not bad except the bugs. Stayed there with my friend for 2 days on a twin bed room for RM107 via OYO. Easy check in & out process, Security deposit was quite expensive for a budget hotel (RM100) but it’s fine since it was refundable ofc. Room space was small but enough for 2 person. Clean mattress & towel, sink have a bit of mold but it’s fine, neither clean or dirty. No coffee or tea sachet but they have electric kettle. Wifi is slow, TV is faulty but the A/C was working fine. Great location if you don’t mind a bit of noises cuz below the hotel is a Mamak restaurant, a laundry, convenience store & a lot of other businesses. My only complain was the amount of bugs crawling around the room, there’s a lot of small cockroaches inside the wall cracks & under the bed, had to buy a pesticide to kill a lot of them otherwise it’ll be hard to sleep. But overall it was decent considering how cheap it is. Best for someone who’s on budget, just bring your bug spray that’s it.

If u could stand A LOT OF COCKROACHES then maybe this place is for you. Or you should not leave ur room even in daytime if u don’t like them. Tried to ask for cockroaches spray and the receptionist is just nod her head but kept waiting for 2 hours until make serious complain then finally she give us the spray.
Beside on, the bed and blanket has stains. The water is super dirty, put ur tower under running water and see the stain become after 1 minute only.
