6 months agoCheapest room in town, was not expecting much but I was surprised. Clean sheets, comfortable beds, clean toilet, hot shower, air con and TV. For this price there is nothing to complain. Heart of town, plenty of places to eat within walking distance and the night market is just across the road5 months agoThe receptionist of this hotel was very friendly. I arrived early around 12.45 pm and the check in time was 2.00 pm. She let me to put my bag at the counter. Will stay at this hotel again when visiting Sibu.a year agoThe room is a bit small but good enough for a night rest. Air-con and water preassure are good with heater. Location is very good with the night market just a few steps away. Maybe OYO should make the system easier for guest to extend their stay instead of asking the guest to do the booking all over again.2 years agoRooms were clean, good location. For the prices they charge, it was worth the accommodations. All works fine. Butttttttt…!!! Me and my 9 friends are unsatisfied on what the hotel did to us. We booked for 2 family suites and 1 Standard double bedroom. Which should nicely accommodate 10 adults. When we arrived, the hotel gave us 2 standard triple rooms and 1 Standard double bedroom. Which means we were short space for not 1 but 2 adults. We’re bikers on a road trip, Thst means we’re 10 big men, And the hotel just said we’re out of family suites so please squeeze together. They said they were out of family suites. What? I booked those room 5 day earlier. What’s the point of booking rooms that aren’t available? Own rooms were down graded, but we were still charged out original room prices..Another things is the reception will blast music from the front desk starting 7 in the morning. Our room is at the very end, and we can still hear loud music. Because the music is so loud, the staff shout amongst themselves when they talk.
Never going to stay at this hotel again. And I won’t recommend it either.
2 years agoNot a comfortable place to stay. Very noisy early morning and very noisy at night. Very, very small and dirty toilet. Not even a place to hang cloths. Not a good place to stay.

4 months agoIt was a beautiful experience having a time off from work in this hotel great service too and lots of fun7 months agoAircon not cold, noisy environment, inconvenience for oldies as the lift not function and need to use staircase up to 5th floor.a year agoThis budget hotel is located in the city center. You may park your car on the street. Restaurants are halal and non-halal just within walking distance. They provide wifi free, However, the hotel room is terrible. Toilet is dirty. The bedsheet looks like recycle for many days. Look at the picture, the bed is burst out, and no leg. The smell is not good in the room. The price is cheap but the quality is low.10 months agoThe room is clean and beautiful. And the service is good and nice so far as the staff is friendly. The location is near with the shopping complex and can shopping at the parkson.5 years agoThe room is not come with much accessories. Available no window room (4mx5mx4m space) for a single with affordable price at RM50/night. Comfortable but no hot water. Suitable for rest and go. Just be careful when using the Lift because it has no safety door closed sensor.

For me this is a perfect hotel!!
Located above a restaurant. My room is very clean and spacious!! It worth the money and price. Toilet is clean and got bidet for those who wants them, and shower is nice, got hot water definitely! ? Bed is very comfortable. Aircond functioning well.
But…the pillow is too squishy for me, it doesn’t bother me as i can piled them up while sleeping.
Actually its was 2nd time stay here. Room are big and comfortable for family (even got no lift to stay at level 3 room). But from the 1st time stay here (june 2020) n 2nd time (may 2022), tv still not function. Got no fridge n pantry. And what is so disappointed, they shut down an electricity 12pm sharp. As we have kids to handle, its make me made bad review.
Three years ago I would like to give five star. But now, barely to give it three star. Everything is okay but the housekeeping should take some action. Bed Sheet, pillow sheet & blanket should be change even though it looks quite neat when someone already check out from the room. Tq
Almost all the room has no windows (except family type room) and the room has carpeting flooring. So you can smell the stinky musty and moldy, cigarette smell, not suitable for sensitive people. Poor ventilation with potential to trigger sick building syndrome. Room 206.
Noise pollution from the street was horrible! No sound proof, the mat rampit vrooming around and made resting almost impossible.
Toilet bowl water leaking nonstop. Small toilet even the room is oversized. The bed was sooooo uncomfortable, it’s dated and concave, so I couldn’t rest well.
Receptionist also lack smiling, just doing really basic job. Not coming back.
