Another things is the reception will blast music from the front desk starting 7 in the morning. Our room is at the very end, and we can still hear loud music. Because the music is so loud, the staff shout amongst themselves when they talk.
Never going to stay at this hotel again. And I won’t recommend it either.

For me this is a perfect hotel!!
Located above a restaurant. My room is very clean and spacious!! It worth the money and price. Toilet is clean and got bidet for those who wants them, and shower is nice, got hot water definitely! ? Bed is very comfortable. Aircond functioning well.
But…the pillow is too squishy for me, it doesn’t bother me as i can piled them up while sleeping.
Actually its was 2nd time stay here. Room are big and comfortable for family (even got no lift to stay at level 3 room). But from the 1st time stay here (june 2020) n 2nd time (may 2022), tv still not function. Got no fridge n pantry. And what is so disappointed, they shut down an electricity 12pm sharp. As we have kids to handle, its make me made bad review.
Three years ago I would like to give five star. But now, barely to give it three star. Everything is okay but the housekeeping should take some action. Bed Sheet, pillow sheet & blanket should be change even though it looks quite neat when someone already check out from the room. Tq
Almost all the room has no windows (except family type room) and the room has carpeting flooring. So you can smell the stinky musty and moldy, cigarette smell, not suitable for sensitive people. Poor ventilation with potential to trigger sick building syndrome. Room 206.
Noise pollution from the street was horrible! No sound proof, the mat rampit vrooming around and made resting almost impossible.
Toilet bowl water leaking nonstop. Small toilet even the room is oversized. The bed was sooooo uncomfortable, it’s dated and concave, so I couldn’t rest well.
Receptionist also lack smiling, just doing really basic job. Not coming back.
