4 months agoI got queen size without windowpro : more parking place, water in the toilet too fast ( water flow not slow ), room clean , room size is a little bit narrow for 2 people but I am travel solo so it doesn’t matter. And the last one is room price is cheap. I book with a price MYR74 but pay at the counter.

Very clean and well maintained. Walk up 3 storeys shop lot without lift. Room is small. Complimentary coffee provided with common hot/cold water dispenser at the common staircase. Location is very secluded without amenities around it. The Triple Room doesn’t have windows. Bathroom has glass partition. The bathroom light was very disruptive when someone using the toilet in the night. No makeup room or coffee refill for each day of stay. Accepts cash payment only. Ample parking lots available 24×7.9 months agoI’m so disappointed about the service. 3 time I say to staff to clean my room but they don’t do. And now blackout at 3am until 5pm, still dont have any update. almost 2 hours and the staff don’t inform anything.a year agoAverage customer service.Very expensive, RM99 perday. Small room, no floor mat, no dressing table, tv can’t switch on properly, no intercom.

a month agoReceptionist: The receptionist was rude. Treated me like I am stupid and making faces when she asked for rm2 for tourist fee and I said I didn’t have it. Started making faces while counting balance money and coins until I suggested to transfer the rm2 through QR pay instead.I read through online reviews about this hotel before I decided to book it and also saw few comments saying that the receptionist was rude to them.
Room: Room is excellent, spacious although the one I got is nothing like the pictures shown. Bed is okay, comfortable to sleep, and they complied to my special requests.
Price: Price is cheap, deposit is also cheap. Good bargain.
Place: Place is strategic. But last night when I slept, there were noises outside, someone was banging on the electric poles or traffic barriers outside. It lasted for 10 minutes at 2AM. I suspect that it was from the foreigners loitering outside since there are dorms nearby this hotel.
Overall: The hotel is good if you are looking for a budget hotel.
a month agoKindly avoid this hotel at all cost. If there’s an option for no star, will definitely give 0 star. The room was dirty, smelly, no towels provided ( their excuse is that no more towel). We initially booked for 2 days but checked out after 1 night stay. The receptionist was rude. This hotel definitely not worth a single penny.a month agoSufficient parking surrounding with kopitiam nearby. Majority shoplots cater to foreign workers since there is a dorm next door. Request from counter they said customer must come down to take , but all wet in the shower & they blame they why earlier don’t we request only we go to bath , Like “What ???? “ Their mistake become mine mistake …Also the room very dirty & smelly , Toilet full of mold , request for change bedsheet , they just ignore telling that worker already Off …
