pro : more parking place, water in the toilet too fast ( water flow not slow ), room clean , room size is a little bit narrow for 2 people but I am travel solo so it doesn’t matter. And the last one is room price is cheap. I book with a price MYR74 but pay at the counter.

cons : a few dogs around here

Value for money. Very clean and well maintained. Walk up 3 storeys shop lot without lift. Room is small. Complimentary coffee provided with common hot/cold water dispenser at the common staircase. Location is very secluded without amenities around it. The Triple Room doesn’t have windows. Bathroom has glass partition. The bathroom light was very disruptive when someone using the toilet in the night. No makeup room or coffee refill for each day of stay. Accepts cash payment only. Ample parking lots available 24×7.

I’m so disappointed about the service. 3 time I say to staff to clean my room but they don’t do. And now blackout at 3am until 5pm, still dont have any update. almost 2 hours and the staff don’t inform anything.

Average customer service.Very expensive, RM99 perday. Small room, no floor mat, no dressing table, tv can’t switch on properly, no intercom.

    Receptionist: The receptionist was rude. Treated me like I am stupid and making faces when she asked for rm2 for tourist fee and I said I didn’t have it. Started making faces while counting balance money and coins until I suggested to transfer the rm2 through QR pay instead.

      Air-conditioning in room not cold as at front desk counter

    4. Terrible hospitality from the hotel staff I think Steven was the name. Very bad bed and pillows and towels. Will never recommend to anyone.
