I read through online reviews about this hotel before I decided to book it and also saw few comments saying that the receptionist was rude to them.

Room:
Room is excellent, spacious although the one I got is nothing like the pictures shown. Bed is okay, comfortable to sleep, and they complied to my special requests.

Price:
Price is cheap, deposit is also cheap. Good bargain.

Place:
Place is strategic. But last night when I slept, there were noises outside, someone was banging on the electric poles or traffic barriers outside. It lasted for 10 minutes at 2AM. I suspect that it was from the foreigners loitering outside since there are dorms nearby this hotel.

Overall:
The hotel is good if you are looking for a budget hotel.

Kindly avoid this hotel at all cost. If there’s an option for no star, will definitely give 0 star. The room was dirty, smelly, no towels provided ( their excuse is that no more towel). We initially booked for 2 days but checked out after 1 night stay. The receptionist was rude. This hotel definitely not worth a single penny.

Sufficient parking surrounding with kopitiam nearby. Majority shoplots cater to foreign workers since there is a dorm next door. Rooms are clean and tidy, complete with refreshments, hairdryer

Had a good experience. The room is clean and tidy with a serene balcony view. The breakfast is also good and hygiene.

Very bad customer service , Shampoo tower not provided . Request from counter they said customer must come down to take , but all wet in the shower & they blame they why earlier don’t we request only we go to bath , Like “What ???? “ Their mistake become mine mistake …

  4. Terrible hospitality from the hotel staff I think Steven was the name. Very bad bed and pillows and towels. Will never recommend to anyone.
