Had a good experience. The room is clean and tidy with a serene balcony view. The breakfast is also good and hygiene.

Very bad customer service , Shampoo tower not provided . Request from counter they said customer must come down to take , but all wet in the shower & they blame they why earlier don’t we request only we go to bath , Like “What ???? “ Their mistake become mine mistake …
Also the room very dirty & smelly , Toilet full of mold , request for change bedsheet , they just ignore telling that worker already Off …
Not very friendly staff specially the one everyone talking about
