This hotel is located in a busy shophouse area of Sunway City, just few min walk from Sunway Pyramid mall & hotel. The location n access to everything is excellent.
First a few points for improvement:
1) Shower head/bracket not adjustable so water will shoot outside of shower area.
2) The soap in the dispenser comes out 1 drop per press
3) Should put in a few clothes hanger
4) A luggage rack would be great.
5) For Deluxe Queen, there is a nice cosy empty corner where they can put a luggage rack and a small chair+table.

The positive about this hotel:
# the deluxe Queen is spacious enough. Unlike some budget hotels.
# they have 2 reserve parking lots for guests. This is critical as parking is difficult during peak hours n weekends.
# Room is clean n basic amenities all there.
# they don’t have bottles water in room but instead you can get water, cold or hot, from a source in the corridor.
# Price for the location and type of room is value for money.

Located at the heart of the city, you get access to the most delicious local food mamak store. There are also Japanese and western cuisine next to the hotel. Very unique design and artistic views from the lobby to the room. 3 star worthy of hotel indeed. The views are not that well in my opinion as it is located near the highways. But if you’re not there for views and just for stay, don’t bother about it. There’s a functioning lift. The room everything works well. But the problem is the air conditioning isnt working really well in my room. It was cool but wasn’t cold enough that I sweated at night with my blankets on.. weird. I hope they maintain the facilities more often…
The hotels amenities are very bad the shower head was not working properly and the toilet is very rusty we were given a different room as the room that we were given cannot be open go we went to the receptionist and they gave us a different room. The room that was given to us is not functioning properly they do not have properly bed sheets and the bed springs have poked multiple hole through the bed the television is also having bad connection and constant static the only thing about the room that was great is that the air conditioner is cold and able to keep us through the night even though it wasnt properly maintained.
It’s fine.. Not best not that great either..
Room 106 bathroom is a bit off and found a roach early morning.. Other than that, comfortable at mediocre.
This hotel is a total waste of time and money. None of the TV channels in the room are working. The mini fridge is not working. When asked the counter, we were told that the previous customers did not complain and so why are we complaining? The counter staff is a Filipino female who has her daughter running around the counter area with no regards to the paying customers. Not even wearing the mask (both of them) when the signboard at the main door CLEARLY indicates the use of the face mask in order to be allowed into the hotel. There is no place to park the car. The Mamak beside the hotel placed tables and chairs in the car parking lots and we had to park our car very far away from the hotel. We do not know if the place we parked our car is safe. The view from the room window is nothing but the back alley of the hotel.
A VERY BAD AND HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL !!!
Will NEVER COME BACK to this Hotel ever again.
State of the rooms were shocking…windows were opened when we came in. The bed’s headboard is cracked and not maintained. The toilet light is dim and we had to use our phone light. There is a lift, but the doors shut very quickly and does not respond to touch. For the price we paid, it is not worth it. Really disappointed with our stay.
