3 weeks agoThe deco is kinda like arabian style? I guess. Everything is so comfortable. They provide towels for each pax. Affordable price with breakfast. But the location does’nt have a nearest convinience store. It near to mall like malaqat and dpulze. Overall is good.a month agoNov 2023: The receptionist was so rude and irritating. Wouldn’t recommenda year agoSpacious room. Reserved basement parking access card provided.2 deposits need to pay: 1. Room deposit (Rm50) 2. Parking access card (Rm50) So, total is Rm100 for the deposits during check-ins..
Love the location with restaurants surroundings and kinda peaceful area with bird’s whistling sounds..

2 weeks agoFirst, I want to say something. About whether this hotel is worth the price.This conclusion is somewhat high. Because, yes, the internet is fast, but the breakfast is sometimes adequate. I don’t know how much they are spending, but I wish Nacirema could have improved a little. The salads were good. I would have liked to have had all salads.
I also remember that the room service was very nice. I felt like we could have been friends.
2 months agoOne of the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. We were there for 5 nights and everyday we asked for cleaning service, they only replace towel and “tidy” bedsheet. The sink, toilet and floor is dirty and sticky. At least the front desk was friendly and the hotel is above a mall, which make access to food easy.2 months agoDirty rooms n toilet. Moulds can be seen everywhere in the toilet tiles. Dusty.Breakfast are prepared on ala carte basis
Parking only provided in mall area in which u have to compete with mall visitor to find parking before you can check in. Parking will be validated with rm5 flat rate.

a month agoStay for 4 nights. Ask to checkout after the first night due to the noisy room with loud Aircon sound but was declined. Towel and bedsheet even have stains. Unable to get a good night sleep due to the noise. Hotel didn’t even bother to make up the room and change bedsheet and towels. Only consolation is that staff at the front desk is quite apologetic and clearly beyond their control. The management needs to be held accountable for such lousy rooms.5 months agoThe room is very clean and spacious. You will love it.But I didn’t get room service on the first day, no basket, no stirrer and no amenities. I asked to give me a basket and they said they will. But they didn’t. The next day when I asked, they said the room service was not at work.
But the question is, why do I pay that if I don’t get room service?
The next day, the room service came.
The front desk people are super nice and friendly.

stupid management. we booked through agoda, and we already pay for the room. Just because we late check in, the hotel sell our room to another guest. very lousy management. no wonder this hotel got bad rating. you dont deserve any star !
And to the upcoming guest, be prepared okay to communicate with a ridiculous “manager”. He is actually receptionist only but pretend to be manager. hahaha
Bad Experience. They cancelled our booking the last minute when everything has been paid for. The excuse given is so lame and I wonder if it is true. So inconvenient that we had to look for another place at already 4 pm.
1. Poor management
The check-in time on Agoda was 1pm but we were told by the receptionist to check in after 2pm only. When came to check in hour, the staffs were still busy cleaning the room for another 30 minutes.
2. Poor hygiene
When we finally got to enter the room, the floor was just being mopped and it was stinky. The hairs in the bathrooms were not cleaned up too.
3. Noisy and disturbing sleeping environment
The soundproofing effect of the room is terrible. We listened to the guests next door talking and laughing clearly. Also during the midnight the staff who jaga malam at the reception counter was watching videos with max volume.
Overall not a pleasant stay. Please improve thanks.
We booked at agoda without any issues but when I arrived the front desk told me my booking has been cancelled due to no more room.. However, I didn’t received any information about the cancellation. So frustrating…
I read all the negative comments after i booked the hotel and prepared for the worst. Arriving at 2am and suprisingly, the Receptionist was good to me and very polite. room is clean, no cockroaches, no bad smell. Its good for a cheap price budget hotel. Nearby restaurant, got parking but there’s no lift. After all, im a happy customer.
