3 weeks agoThe deco is kinda like arabian style? I guess. Everything is so comfortable. They provide towels for each pax. Affordable price with breakfast. But the location does’nt have a nearest convinience store. It near to mall like malaqat and dpulze. Overall is good.a month agoNov 2023: The receptionist was so rude and irritating. Mannerless and irritating. Very much in to improve in customer services.10 months agoThe room is clean and spacious. Don’t provide shower cap, toothbrush, comb and toothpaste. So please your own. Don’t have fridge and hair dryer too. Twin room for about RM 150.7 months agoSuperbly dirty. Not worth the allergies. Bed sheets had yellow stains. Toilet has molds. Toilet seat had yellow stains. Wouldn’t recommenda year agoSpacious room. stupid management. we booked through agoda, and we already pay for the room. Just because we late check in, the hotel sell our room to another guest. very lousy management. no wonder this hotel got bad rating. you dont deserve any star !
And to the upcoming guest, be prepared okay to communicate with a ridiculous “manager”. He is actually receptionist only but pretend to be manager. hahaha
Bad Experience. They cancelled our booking the last minute when everything has been paid for. The excuse given is so lame and I wonder if it is true. So inconvenient that we had to look for another place at already 4 pm.
1. Poor management
The check-in time on Agoda was 1pm but we were told by the receptionist to check in after 2pm only. When came to check in hour, the staffs were still busy cleaning the room for another 30 minutes.
2. Poor hygiene
When we finally got to enter the room, the floor was just being mopped and it was stinky. The hairs in the bathrooms were not cleaned up too.
3. Noisy and disturbing sleeping environment
The soundproofing effect of the room is terrible. We listened to the guests next door talking and laughing clearly. Also during the midnight the staff who jaga malam at the reception counter was watching videos with max volume.
Overall not a pleasant stay. Please improve thanks.
We booked at agoda without any issues but when I arrived the front desk told me my booking has been cancelled due to no more room.. However, I didn’t received any information about the cancellation. So frustrating…
I read all the negative comments after i booked the hotel and prepared for the worst. Arriving at 2am and suprisingly, the Receptionist was good to me and very polite. room is clean, no cockroaches, no bad smell. Its good for a cheap price budget hotel. Nearby restaurant, got parking but there’s no lift. After all, im a happy customer.
