The room is very clean and spacious. You will love it.

But I didn’t get room service on the first day, no basket, no stirrer and no amenities. I asked to give me a basket and they said they will. But they didn’t. The next day when I asked, they said the room service was not at work.

But the question is, why do I pay that if I don’t get room service?

The next day, the room service came.

The front desk people are super nice and friendly.

  1. stupid management. we booked through agoda, and we already pay for the room. Just because we late check in, the hotel sell our room to another guest. very lousy management. no wonder this hotel got bad rating. you dont deserve any star !

    And to the upcoming guest, be prepared okay to communicate with a ridiculous “manager”. He is actually receptionist only but pretend to be manager. hahaha

  2. Bad Experience. They cancelled our booking the last minute when everything has been paid for. The excuse given is so lame and I wonder if it is true. So inconvenient that we had to look for another place at already 4 pm.

  3. 1. Poor management
    The check-in time on Agoda was 1pm but we were told by the receptionist to check in after 2pm only. When came to check in hour, the staffs were still busy cleaning the room for another 30 minutes.
    2. Poor hygiene
    When we finally got to enter the room, the floor was just being mopped and it was stinky. The hairs in the bathrooms were not cleaned up too.
    3. Noisy and disturbing sleeping environment
    The soundproofing effect of the room is terrible. We listened to the guests next door talking and laughing clearly. Also during the midnight the staff who jaga malam at the reception counter was watching videos with max volume.
    Overall not a pleasant stay. Please improve thanks.

  4. We booked at agoda without any issues but when I arrived the front desk told me my booking has been cancelled due to no more room.. However, I didn’t received any information about the cancellation. So frustrating…

  5. I read all the negative comments after i booked the hotel and prepared for the worst. Arriving at 2am and suprisingly, the Receptionist was good to me and very polite. room is clean, no cockroaches, no bad smell. Its good for a cheap price budget hotel. Nearby restaurant, got parking but there’s no lift. After all, im a happy customer.
