I been staying in the hotel frequently last 3 years. First time encounter a issue on 21st – 22nd nov and disappointed with the way the staff ,owner handled the situation . Room 1109 air cond compressor noise unbearable, they mentioned to me it is like that not offering any solution. When texted the owner just remain silent. WiFi never worked at the 1st and 2nd floor however this is misleading as they promoted as added facility.

This motel not even deserve any star!!
1. Poor wifi connections in all the floors
2. Air cond making loufdnoise
3. Low water pressure
4. Unfriendly staffs
We have made a conplaint to thier staff about the aircond and recorded in video somehow the staffs just casually responded to us ge said its has already repairs…what to do!

Small but nice and convenient place to stay. Got elevator despite only 2 floor. Room is big enough with essential supplies given. Got free coway and kitchen cafe which is delicious with affordable price. Recommended!

Was here for backpacking. Across from Singapore to Laos and Cambodia, this was the best room yet for sgd 18. I basically randomly booked a cheap room i can find on agoda, and i was in luck for this.

Worth the price don’t expect anything fancy. Rooms kinda give me spooky feeling but comfortable accommodation worth the price. No basic amenities rather than shower gel and towel. Payment method either cash or bank transfer only. No elevator so for old folks or disable person may not be suitable.
Big room, no dressing table, air condition not working too good, no fan, toilet door not working too good too. The beds are comfortable though. Not suitable for people with weak knees. Helpful and friendly staffs.
Surely the best budget hotel in town! The price, services and location are unbeatable. Great place to stay for someone who seek for a budget hotel.

Room was very worn out, walls paint peeling, ceiling damaged by water. Sink mouldy. Bathroom window latch broken. No toilet paper in the toilet, receptionist gave an almost finishing roll. Low table with no chair. Bedsheet & towels yellowish with stain. Son skin itchy after lying down on the bed. So we had to shift hotel that night itself.
I’m having worst experience of my life, we booked it through Agoda app. The lady on the desk added more charges which we paid. Upon reaching ,they alotted one of the worst rooms they have. Anyways ,upon getting it, the offered room was just way too worse anyone can think of. It had spiders and big web in the corner of room very close to bed. And to add to my shock further I noticed the white bed sheet fully covered in yellow stains and with female long hair scattered around. We had to argue further to get it replaced. Then she handed one to us, we changed that one ourselves, put it on bed. Didn’t look clean so I put my shawl underneath. We had a plan for staying few more days. Now we cancelled everything. WE WILL LEAVE TOMORROW EARLIEST in the morning. Sigh. Well here are some clicked shots for customer reviews so that nobody gets fooled like us!!!
