The reception staff is very rude and has a bad attitude. already booked through agoda but the staff asked for more money during check in. he would reject my reservation if I didn’t agree and ask me to find another hotel. When I continued to argue, he mocked me for not staying in a hotel if I had no money. worst hotel reception so far. Hotel owners please teach the staff about manners or it will bring a bad image for your hotel.
We came late night and check in was good and smooth. Receptionist was ok. Only thing is a price. Is loooots to high for a room you recive. Mould smell isn’t good for our health. Should be cleen or cheaper. The rest is fine.
Near to attractive places at KB.

OLD ROOM WITH SHABBY TOWEL, BED SHEET AND PILLOW COVER. PARKING AT ROAD SIDE. COULD NOT CONTROL SPEED AND TEMPERATURE AIR CONDITIONING, ONLY ON/OFF.
Super disappointed with this hotel service. I booking this hotel a room on 26th and come on the day of booking and she told me that the hotel already full. She gave my room to other people. And when I asked about other room, she show me the same room I booked in the app but gave me the full price instead.
