  1. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because the bedsheets is very dirty, the room got some of “smell” as well and not to mention there’s some problem with the toilet too. The reception doesn’t welcoming us. The pool water is not clean. The only good thing is the location, its near to the store and restaurants.

  2. The room smelly like wet clothes & the toilet is dirty. I’ve never went to a hotel that give guest smelly & dirty towels! it will be my first & last coming to here. not to mention the plugs are so limited. and also the room is not ready when arrived. mind you, i checked in late & they said want to reconfirm if room is done being ‘cleaned’. ‘damn clean’ until i gotta spray febreeze on the bed to make it less smelly. only good impression i have, the staffs are nice enough. my first time here & it’s been the worst experience of hotel i’ve ever been to. thank you 🙂

  3. the location is very nice since it is close to mall and also the beach. but the service nahhh so bad for me. the fornt desk girl did not smile and did not make eye contact with me. the room also smelly and look like haunted. i think the management need to take a lot attention about this problems to make sure this hotel will be love by customer. really needed.

  4. Was quite a challenge because I was with family for Raya 2023, 5 of us for 3 days visit. So of cos each of us with 3 huge bags and 3 semi size bags, imagine no lift and no bellboy (its raya).. HEAVYYYY. But the rooms and other is quite acceptable

    No dustbin, no soap, no tissue, tv system is like broken I did not try to turn it on, pillows flat with case so old and torn, towels so thin and old, pipe system leaking with eerie loud sound, door lock working but I am not 100% feel safe, smelly room, bed has a lot of dust balls, blanket old, air cond unit in so poor condition but working fine. I stay in cheap hotels a lot but the price for this hotel should be much cheaper. Can give better service with location good hotel has potential.

    Very suspicious a lot of men lurking outside the hotel.Location is like a little secluded made it feels more not safe.The hotel didnt seem to have lots of guest since it late night but theres a lot of small kids though somehow which is kinda sus but idk.Didnt even check in since its too dangerous especially since im alone.

    worst hotel i ever stayed smelly room, dirty sheets , dirty floor like never swept and mopped, then ask the broom to sweep it by myself, but the broom just like hidup segan mati tak mahu. Better take a more expensive hotel to get more better than this ?

    Booked the hotel adhoc. Albeit the price is cheap, but the hotel is in very poor condition. Very dirty. Smelly. The moment you entered the room, the smell is awful. Bedsheet not very clean. Toilet mat is heavily soaked and stink. TV not working. Ask the counter for TV remote, also not working. The only thing working is air conditioner. Cobweb is at every edge of the room. 1st and last stay here.

    A lot of ants inside room, service with no smile, dirty n room have alot to repair n toilet also need repair, we book online but still need cash deposit with tax

    Back then it was nice. But now emmmm. The room is sticky and collect quite dust. We had to take out the bed sheet and wash it at the public laundry. The bathroom was never scrub.

    The room looks dirty and dusty. Some part of wall is moldy. Mattress and pillow sheet are old and already seasoned. Toilet: sink was leaking, no soap provided although there is soap dispenser. Overall bad experience, not recommended for others

    Very lousy .Was given a room upstair and there’s no heater .Room smelly and the floor sticky .Try to call the reception but the phone was not working ! Go downstair to the reception and requested them to change for another room and that room also suddenly the heater also not working ?Not recondmended to stay .First and last .
