I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because the bedsheets is very dirty, the room got some of “smell” as well and not to mention there’s some problem with the toilet too. The reception doesn’t welcoming us. The pool water is not clean. The only good thing is the location, its near to the store and restaurants.
The room smelly like wet clothes & the toilet is dirty. I’ve never went to a hotel that give guest smelly & dirty towels! it will be my first & last coming to here. not to mention the plugs are so limited. and also the room is not ready when arrived. mind you, i checked in late & they said want to reconfirm if room is done being ‘cleaned’. ‘damn clean’ until i gotta spray febreeze on the bed to make it less smelly. only good impression i have, the staffs are nice enough. my first time here & it’s been the worst experience of hotel i’ve ever been to. thank you 🙂
the location is very nice since it is close to mall and also the beach. but the service nahhh so bad for me. the fornt desk girl did not smile and did not make eye contact with me. the room also smelly and look like haunted. i think the management need to take a lot attention about this problems to make sure this hotel will be love by customer. really needed.
Was quite a challenge because I was with family for Raya 2023, 5 of us for 3 days visit. So of cos each of us with 3 huge bags and 3 semi size bags, imagine no lift and no bellboy (its raya).. HEAVYYYY. But the rooms and other is quite acceptable
Need to update the room, the bed getting hard, the bathroom needs some upgrading
