Jaka(EDITED) There’s no NETFLIX, just normal channels. Got Channel 5, and 8. GRAB FINALLY WORKED on this location. Many food and places to go around the hotel area.

Nice small hotel where amenities are nearby. Very reasonably priced and no complaint at all. Hope the hotel will maintained the standards in days to come, Dont let it rundown. Just an observation about the unmark parking lot in front of the hotel entrance, I hv problem to reverse twice coz some idiots just happily squeeze their small cars at the illegal parking spot. Pse put something eg flower pots as barrier to discipline your idiot guests. Tq we will definitely come back again.

The best budget hotel in the area because its very clean! And the staff was great as well.

a month agoKutu on bed. No mineral. No kettle. Makcik is kind of rude. Only staying for business trip still considerable. Just don’t expect much.a year agoI know that the rate for this hotel is 2 stars, but i didn’t expect that the receptionist need to be rude to the customer. We pay for it, you need to treat us kindly, there is no issues here but she choose to speak rudely to me. We work and we pay your service. We not ask you to deal with us like a king but please have manner. I have stay here for 4 days. They charged me based on my first booking rate as i m stay using agoda with discount because i got coupon. Even we pay rm51, but its doesnt means for your staff to be rude n harsh with us. They are not provide cleaning service every day unless for the third day. And they take back bedsheet for blanket. cover. When i ask why, they say it was policy of cleaning one item will be take out. If we want that, there have another charges which is rm5. I dont mind to pay even more than that but the staff spoke with me with shouting. I ask to talk with the boss, the staff name Ikmal told me to come down if want to meet his boss with sound like to fight. When i am follwoing up this matter even i have do complaint to the owner, they not take any action against the staff instead they ask me to not extend to stay there. Of coz i am not even think to extend my day with all those horrible things. I just dont have option since this hotel only near with my husband work place.What a horrible service!

Booked 2 rooms side by side, luckily were given ground floor or else will have to climb up the stairs. Just fulfilled the basic necessities without windows and satellite tv only ghostly viewed tv1, tv2, tv3. Beware of mosquitoes that will sneak inside your room. Asked for spray from yr friendly reception if needed. Hotel is still new so no dramas, wait until few more years like many new hotels ended up. Maintained yr friendliness and cleanliness or else many will shy away. TQ
If you looking for budget hotel to stay,this hotel could be good choice to stay as it’s near to Econsave supermarket.Less then 5 minute by walk through.Restaurant also just next door from the hotel. But it’s not suggest to you if you don’t have own transport because quite hard to get public transport. I’m staying there for 2 night, everything was good accept for WiFi. My unlucky day, during my stay WiFi was cannot used and my own network data also very weak sign. Staff also quite friendly. Thumbs up for you.
No brush teeth provided, bathroom got no lock ?, tv are difficult to find channel. No water heater in room, provide only plastic cups, the bathroom also small ????? but it is expensive as hell, better in JB with a cheaper price and all provided.
internet is terrible slow, the phone mobile line totally 0 when you get into your room. if you just come to sleep should be ok. if you wan to serve youtube and facebook is like when you serving the speed in the jungle.

Friendly & helpful staff; although agoda messed up my booking the staff is very helpful and patience while waiting for me to make another booking & fortunately the room is still available.
Comfortable room & bed (though the price is cheap, it’s decent enough for a 1 night stay). Convenient location; has econsave market nearby with maybank ATM inside the econsave. Toilet condition; good but can be improved, water pressure very good also a working water heater. Body wash is provided. Other appliances are also in a good condition.
Additional note:
Upon check-in, need to pay rm50 as deposit in cash.
Booked a deluxe double room.
For Muslim traveler, the kiblat guidance is provided in the room
They also provide basic appliances like fridge, tv, cups + water heater.
