The room given to us was super hot cuz the aircond wasnt working. the receptionist however was very helpful she quickly called a guy to check n after that agreed to get another room for us. Room cleanliness is below average. They have water dispenser but I dont use their cups cuz very dirty.

Receptionist lady was very very very rude and not helpful at all. Please prepare cash for deposit as she will not give your room key. Asked qr pay said cannot. Asked nearest atm she said dont have near one. Only far one. She doesn’t even give any suggestions. Really frustrating and disappointing as i told her i’m alone and have no car. Also in a rush. I said my friend will come and paid for it. She insisted cannot. No pity at all. I have went too many other hotel. No issue on deposit. Can pay later but will not given receipt. If have any issue i still have to pay because no receipt.
Other than that, bed sheets and pillow sheets dirty.
Room noisy. Window cannot closed.
Hard to get grab. Being rejected twice by grab.
Overall, really bad hotel. You can get better hotel with same price.
One of the worst hotel, stains on bedsheet and blanket. Shower heater doesn’t work so cold shower in the morning. Theres big holes on the wall and the door so others can see inside the room. No hairdryer inside the room and when asked they said RM30 extra deposit. Unfriendly morning staff (Malay lady) not answering questions. Avoid this at all costs.
I stay in level 1, check in 13/11 for 1 day. But the room cleaner for 12/11 (level 1) didn’t clean the room well, the tables and chair are so dirty.
When I arrived at night, the receptionist was quite busy playing games and watching shows from his phone and my check-in process couldn’t be done in a short time. They requested for a deposit before they handed out the key. After the check-in process, I was given a bag with towels and Tv remote controller before I could go upstairs. When I arrived at the 5th floor, I was surprised ro get a room that was not ready for a guest. It’s like it was ransacked just a while ago before I came in. There was no electricity as well for that room. So I had to rush down to the receptionist to demand for another room that is ready. They gave me a room at 2nd floor. The room was okay for a sleep. The air conditioner worked well. I feel this is not a hotel for a good and comfortable night sleep. Just enough to sleep shortly when you arrive late at night. Please avoid if you’re looking for convenience and tidy room. Price is cheap but it should be cheaper.
