2 years agoCobwebs on the ceiling, cockroach, stale towel and blanket, burnt cigarette marks on mattress cover. But bathroom is clean.When checking in, receptionist boy was fast asleep and grumpy.

3 months agoI am writing in to complain about MNC Hotel hygiene problem. We checked in to the hotel on 27/9 around 10.30pm. We were assigned to a room on the first floor. When we opened the door and entered, there were seven to eight small cockroaches crawling around. I went to the counter to complain, and the staff arrange another room for me. The other room was full of red ants. My husband, I, and our three children all felt very uncomfortable to continue staying there. How can a hotel be so unhygienic? We went down and asked for the cancellation on the booking. At that time, one of your female Indian staff was on duty. At that time, she called another Indian and spoke Indian. I didn’t understand what they were talking about. She told me that hotel management would fully refund for 2-night stay which had paid earlier. But now only one night’s fee will be refunded. The reason you gave us is because we checked in late. But this is a matter of your hotel management and hygiene problem. I hope your side can take this matter seriously and reply to me in writing.6 months agoAir conditioner many dust,pillow also very harden and air conditioner have many ant run out,very difficult to sleep. Quiet place at night.3 weeks agoThe hotel is satisfactory except the james bond mirrora year agoi’m using agoda to booking the room last nite 24 June 2022. i was successful to make a payment with 2 booking at agoda. also receive confirmation from agoda with 2 confirmation numbwhen i’m arrive to checkin hotel at 11.30pm. hotel receptionist told us only receive 1 booking at agoda. at same time CMN hotel was fully booking. so no more another room to us.
hotel just blame from agoda said didn’t get it confirmation order from agoda when i contact agoda operator at 12am do a complaint and request cancellation.
agoda told me i can’t get it cancel. and receive email If you choose to cancel your booking, you can get a refund for the penalty amount equivalent to USD 19.13 in the form of AgodaCash. after contact hotel manager to ask how come can happen like that. hotel manager just launching and said just contact agoda cancel the order. that all.
NO SOLUTION OR find another hotel room replacement. HOW BUSHIT this hotel manager treat us like that
and i believe CMN Hotel is receive my confirm order. just counter staff they sold our room to another guest and claim agoda technical issue.
i will do report case and MCMC Report how do like that cheating customer
