Sorry to say, the mattress & sheets are dirty, pillows &.smelling.covers, & there are cobwebs on the ceiling. Because I brought a 2-year-old child, it’s not even suitable for a 1-night event, my hair is on the floor,. I feel like going back at night ,

3 months agoI am writing in to complain about MNC Hotel hygiene problem. We checked in to the hotel on 27/9 around 10.30pm. We were assigned to a room on the first floor. When we opened the door and entered, there were seven to eight small cockroaches crawling around. I went to the counter to complain, and the staff arrange another room for me. The other room was full of red ants. My husband, I, and our three children all felt very uncomfortable to continue staying there. How can a hotel be so unhygienic? We went down and asked for the cancellation on the booking. At that time, one of your female Indian staff was on duty. At that time, she called another Indian and spoke Indian. I didn’t understand what they were talking about. She told me that hotel management would fully refund for 2-night stay which had paid earlier. But now only one night’s fee will be refunded. The reason you gave us is because we checked in late. But this is a matter of your hotel management and hygiene problem. I hope your side can take this matter seriously and reply to me in writing.6 months agoAir conditioner many dust,pillow also very harden and air conditioner have many ant run out,very difficult to sleep.
