when i’m arrive to checkin hotel at 11.30pm. hotel receptionist told us only receive 1 booking at agoda. at same time CMN hotel was fully booking. so no more another room to us.
hotel just blame from agoda said didn’t get it confirmation order from agoda when i contact agoda operator at 12am do a complaint and request cancellation.

after contact hotel manager to ask how come can happen like that. hotel manager just launching and said just contact agoda cancel the order. that all.
NO SOLUTION OR find another hotel room replacement. HOW BUSHIT this hotel manager treat us like that
and i believe CMN Hotel is receive my confirm order. just counter staff they sold our room to another guest and claim agoda technical issue.
