6 months agoOne of the worst experience. I got scammed by google photos and agoda reviews. I booked for one night stay & given deluxe room. The room was too small. No wardrobe and basic facilities inside room. Toilet was spacious but too heavy smell. Not worth for what I paid for. Cleanliness totally out!7 months agoI’ve been staying here quiet a few times already. Overall everything is OK except for yr receptionist ‘Putri’ is so unbecoming, so long faces and unfriendly. Need to train her on etiquette and PR. ???4 months agoVery unsuspecting hotel, but very good customer servicea year agoThis is our 2nd stay here, this time around we got a groundfloor room..which is great? they have water bottles in the room and dental kits! Very thoughtful ? there are lots of restaurants along the shoplots, and ample parking at the basement.a year agoWe paid rm123 for a queen bedroom which for me should be lesser as the room is so small. No kettle and no coffee/ tea provided. In addition, water pressure is low.Hotel must always maintain cleanliness of the room and bathroom. I’ve made few review but no further action takes place. Please act accordingly.

4 months agoThe room for 2 beds is quite pax. Little space can be used for praying. Have windows with city view and besides lrt trails & highway.The location is good, near any mall within 10 minutes only.
Basement parking is quite dark with little lights. Creepy if walk alone to parking lot at night.
The room has a water heater and basic need. Bed is comfortable. TV service is good and fast wifi

Dont go to this hotel10 months agoVery disappointed with this hotel, worst stay ever in life. Hygiene, facilities, service all is bad. Window, wall, doors, shower head, and with all the dust. Can’t sleep the whole night thanks to the spoilt window that is unable to close with all the noises from motors, cars, sharp sound of KTM. I WONT even rent it even if is FREE and yet still charge above RM120 for this kind of room… can’t wait to go home and sleep nowa year agoThe room I stayed in – the shower was either too cold or too hot. While trying to figure out how to use the shower properly, 30 minutes gone. Asked for a 30 minute extension just to go get my food but the people at the desk threatened to charge me if I check out late after pleading. They rushed me to go get my lunch.While I managed to check out on time, I ran back all sweaty as if taking a shower due to the weather humidity and did not even have time to wear my shoes…. An afterthought from the manager, Cik did offer the use of the room again after they had forced me to check out. This was nice but could have been done before I was forced to check out.
I would have let it go if they had given that extra time to get myself ready due to a bit of compassion and understanding.
PS: Everybody is doing their job but nobody even checked if any of the amenities are working in advance?
a year ago23/4/20221. The room was very dusty with wall paint peeling off. There was a bad smell that kept me awake whole night. 2. There were noises the whole night, like as though someone knocking on the door, each time I fell asleep, this woke me up. 3. Noise from the nearby train track. This was actually bearable as it was not that loud. Just need to close the room window. 4. The hall water dispenser was not working, no water. 5. No basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste and no coffee or tea.
I’ve stayed in many budget hotels, some even cheaper and smaller room at other places. But was much much more comfortable compared to this hotel.

A decent hotel if just need a place to sleep for a night or two. Room is clean and bed is comfortable enough. Basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, hair dryer are available. There is a self check-in kiosk. All check-ins and checkouts are done via the kiosk. A hotel staff is there to assist. It is challenging to find a parking space, as it is a public parking.
Not so recommended this Hotel. Very bad experience stay with this Hotel as below issue .
1. Staff not well trained upon check-in taking almost 30min using self check-in Machine. Staff not even smiling although this hotel Named as Smile hotel.
2. Booked stay 2 nights at this hotel from Jul 14 till July 16 , on July 16 midnight 12am room card straight expired. What the hell !!!! Customer even haven’t on time check out the room card expired.
For those who wanna stay on this hotel, think carefully you might face my issue as well.
What a joke! RM124 for a room that small?? Are you kidding me? Not even a working smart tv. Dont deceive your customer. DO BETTER!!!
Despite a small hotel, it has own lift. Service quite prompt and very good location with lots of restaurant nearby. It has free parking at the basement nearby but it is based on first come first serve. Comfortable room and worth the price
Very late in check-in process. Have to wait almost 30 minute do tue room still not clean up yet even i’m late check-in at 5pm.
