Everything was fine initially. Manicurist was friendly, had a good chat. But her skills with cleaning your cuticles isn’t there. Nip 2 nails skin. One was the middle finger. As I am writing this review now. Still have some blood oozing out. Cuts pretty deep I think. (Pics (middle finger nail) Only saving grace. Her painting was ok, added some glitter to the nail colour. Still have your skin cut with blood oozing out still, isn’t that great. But she tried her best .

Will I recommend? no. Unless like me, cause today I am too lazy to go down to my usual manicure place in town.

Over price gelish pedi mani. No special scrub or massage included. No arts included only different color and paint color on the big toes. Special “overlay” for my fragile finger nails. Total charged $264. And was pestered to sign package.

Edited: Michelle called me in for a touch up. I was shocked cause, who does that anymore. Very refreshing and a pleasant surprise. Great customer service ?

Not even 24 hours and the colour chipped off. Gel manicure was $69.90. Not worth it in my opinion. Also after completing my manicure, I was told to avoid touching dark items because the colour will transfer to the nail polish. I was shocked.. Is there such a thing? If so, why only inform after applying for me? After the service she asked if I wanted to buy a package, which I politely decline. Seeing all the good reviews, I went for an emergency fix but I am disappointed.. Thought the manicure could at least last a month..

I initially only wanted to come for one normal manicure but after much persuasion bought the normal manicure and pedicure package x 3 for $180/-. I was told then that each manicure and pedicure could be changed to gel or vice versa. Lo and behold, each session there was hard selling (which I expected) but what was displeasing was that actually a normal manicure can only be changed to a gel manicure. When she said it’s interchangeable she did not say it does not include from manicure to pedicure. Unfortunately during the hard sell session I thought I could change from hand and feet but turns out it’s not the case. For my very last manicure session that I had left I gave it to my helper as it’s her birthday but somehow it became a pedicure session so after much squabbling I paid an extra of $19 for the pedicure ? (honestly hate such squabbles). My advice would be to ask CLEARLY of what is being sold to avoid misunderstandings. I have given two stars as the manicurist’s skill is acceptable. I will however not be returning to this shop at all. I recommend Nail Palace downstairs instead.

The shop was filled with its serene ambience and inviting decor, instantly setting the mood for a relaxing experience. Yan, was a true professional who made the entire experience even more enjoyable. She was skilled and meticulous in her work and exuded a warm and friendly demeanour that instantly put me at ease.Yan took the time to ensure that every detail was perfect. The salon used high-quality products, leaving my nails looking and feeling fabulous. The attention to hygiene was commendable, with all tools properly sanitized, creating a clean and safe environment. The friendly staff, tranquil ambiance, and skilled service personnel like Yan make it a go-to destination for a pampering session. I’ll definitely be returning for more self-care in the future.

    Had a fantastic experience with Eileen. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she took the time to explain each step clearly. I’m impressed with the results and will definitely be back. Make sure to make an appointment beforehand via WhatsApp. Location is great too with lots of parking outside.

    If you are looking for manicure/pedicure service, this is definitely the place I would recommend!

    1. My favourite nail tech Esther did my nails EXACTLY the way I envisioned it to match my nails for September!! She’s amazing their whole interior is decked out in gorgeous flowers and clouds to celebrate their 8th anniversary! Such a treat for me and my eyes hehe. Their nail techs are so meticulous and experience I would 100% recommend!

    2. Patronage bout 4 times now to get my Pedicure and my toe nail fungal treatment.
      Fungal treatment is very effective, unlike other nail salons that I’ve tried. Appointment is a must, of course.
      Overall, excellent service! amazing staff. I enjoyed my time, and yes, I feel pampered!

    4. Been here since the start of their business opening. Location quite convenient and the space has been going through several upgrade over the years and space has upgraded!

      There’s gonna be some selling but if you politely reject them, they wouldn’t enforce. Manicurist are not bad and quite good at their own trade

    5. Second session here for my nail fungal treatment, so far able to see improvement. Cozy environment with friendly staffs. Encountered Staff Jade, Esther and Janice, they are all very attentive, friendly and easy to get along.
