The ladies working here are lovely and the service is amazing for the cost. I was really impressed by the attentive customer service and the great ambience in the salon.
I’ll definitely come back and I recommend it to all.
They also have a gorgeous little kids corner for their own mini mani and pedis.
i’m paying rm330 for nail extensions, an expensive price just to get unprofessional manicurist, and the worst part is my extension broken after 3day only on the day i supposed to travel overseas, i’m not even doing any hard chores. the only one star i gave because of hospitality and cozy space they’ve provided. even staff having difficult to speak english and not understand what i want, had to show the picture reference for a few times to do my nail, my nail shape is uneven, not even the coffin shape i request more to ballerina. my pedicure was done without skill since i request a french tip, they did my left side thicker than my right side. total spend rm565 and not worth it my money.
I love everything about this place. From their manicurist to their ambiance. I’ve been here for a few times, really recommend to others people. The price also reasonable and the importance parts is if you are first timer, you don’t feel hurt at all when they cleaning your cuticles. One of other reasons i keep coming to this place
Wouldn’t recommend this place. I went with friends and all of us had an average to disappointing experience.
For me, the manicurist cut my finger twice and it was bleeding (see picture)… I know it happens but after that, she painted over the wound a few times and it was quite painful.
For my friend, she had to ask the manicurist to redo a few times cause the manicurist kept doing the wrong design and misunderstanding her… there was a clear language barrier and the manicurist could not understand what we were trying to say. The receptionist also got the bill wrong and charged for the wrong service.
Also for all 3 of us who went, the UV light used to cure the nails was so hot… it was like burning our fingers… which I had never experienced elsewhere before.
It was 125 ringgit for gel manicure which is not really that cheap also for such an average experience. It wasn’t absolutely unbearable but I don’t understand why it’s so highly rated when the service is so average. Would not return.
Went to this branch for the first time and I was not impressed by the service. I booked the last slot available and it felt like the nail tech was rushing doing my nails as they were an hour away from closing. What bothers me the most is my nails. As you can see in the pictures, the nail polish did not cover my cuticle area so it looks like my nail has grown out which really bothers me considering I paid close to rm300 for this quality. The whole process felt rushed and I will definitively not be returning to this branch.
