Didn’t remember to catch the name of the lady who did my nails, but she was so pleasant and she really took the time to make sure her work was good. She really ensured my cuticles were pushed back neatly and all! Had such good conversations with her when she recommended places to eat nearby! Overall really good vibe with affordable prices!6 months agoI highly recommend this nail salon! I have not been paid to post this. I am not local to Penang (I’m from the UK). The staff were very pleasant, professional, friendly and the salon was very very clean. There was sterilisation equipment present and being used and they disinfected the seats after their use also. If this salon was local to me I would most definitely be a regular and I’m very confident I would not go anywhere else. I do suggest you book an appointment to avoid disappointment!! They done exactly what I asked and showed the break down of the payment willingly. I had a pedicure and take off and on gel set on my hands.Well done ladies, a great business. Thank you for the wonderful experience for both deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure with gel removal and new application.in the last weekThey did a fabulous job. It’s been almost a week and 0 chips so far. I rarely have that attention to detail back in the US! Would recommend!

3 months agoI had a fantastic experience at this nail salon! While the environment is cozy and small, it’s surprisingly wonderful. You can find it on the 2nd floor, right in front of Cros, tucked away in the corner of a hair salon. The nail stylist here is top-notch – super friendly and highly professional. I was running late by half an hour, but she was incredibly understanding and patient. Her attention to detail is impeccable. I highly recommend her services!3 months agoVery good drawing technique and service received ! The bear bear is so cute and the staff is so talkative, will not feel any boring during the whole process. Thank you CY! ? ???7 months agoCute nail spot located in Gurney Plaza, level 2 inside the A Saloon. I sent the business a whatsapp to make an appointment which was really convenient and easy. Upon arrival, I was greeted by S.Y. who was really sweet and welcoming. My nails were thin and damaged from previous nail salons but that didn’t ruin my experience here. Instead, S.Y. took her time to cut and file my nails with zero pain. She also used a clear nail overlay to strengthen my nails which I am absolutely in love with. All of their products are designer high end so they don’t skimp on their polishes and mani tools. She also gave recommendations on the nail color that would be best suited for my gel mani and regular pedicure. What’s great is they also offer packages that end up in great discounts for their services. I really trust S.Y. with my thin brittle nails that were destroyed from previous salons and will definitely be back.

Great and relaxing experience. Had my first mani & pedi while my wife did her usual. Both beauticians were great and super friendly – unfortunately we only remember Belle (who served my wife).

I went there for a regular mani/pedi (no gel). For some obscure reason, she did not want to color my toenails because i was wearing closed-toe shoes and it would take too long to dry. Furthermore, she only put one coat on my fingernails so the polish started to peel the very same day. However, she did an excellent job at cleaning and cutting the cuticles. I didn’t want to argue because of the linguistic barriers so i remained satisfied.
Technically good pedicure but really poor customer service and attitude so would not recommend to friends. Apt made for 1130, at 1120 they texted to say will arrive 1140. They came and 1145 and did not even seem sorry nor apologized. One pedicurist then talks to my friend (chinese) in chinese about me (indian) in my presence. Sigh… sad state of customer service and lack of respect and sensitivity . Appreciate if you can be more respectful and sensitive. Thanks
I went for removal and pedicure gel services, the person did my nail can’t even follow the picture and looks so bad and I have no choice to change to simple design just cat eyes and color. Anyhow still look so bad that I feel like removing it after done. Furthermore it such a rip off as it costs me 270 for such bad experience. 70 bucks just to remove the early gel pedicure! I know it’s Chinese new year and please dont overcharged. I don’t mind to pay for premium if the design is nice and service is good but it looks so ordinary. My first time here and it’s going to be the last time for sure.
Service good. Friendly staff will come again . Find ms.kandy and another 1 girl short hair tie up .?give me good advice color. And design. Good ??
