Underwent gel manicure on 17 Nov-22. I was greeted courteously by the staff at the counter to arrange an appointment on the day itself. The place is white and clean. The manicure and pedicure has to be done separately as the manicurist is doing at different locations. It took about 2+hours to complete the gel manicure. The manicurist, Ru Yin (pardon me if I remember wrongly) finished off with hand cream to end the session. She’s quite meticulous about taking out the dead skins and that dragged the session. Overall I enjoyed my manicure (rm128 for signature gel manicure that allows up to 3 colours). The only con is the chair which, lacks cushion, is not as comfortable as an armchair.
I happened to chance upon this nail parlor when my nail broke and wanted to fix it before it becomes worst. And this is the loveliest surprise. Their manicurist Ruxin is very patient and really takes a lot of care to make sure my nails are very nicely done. Definitely recommend everyone to come and get their nails done. But do try and make an appointment though…
Went for gel manicure removal, the manicurist was unprofessional and hurt my nails for several times. Moreover, my nails were still not clean throughoutly and some even damaged. Look at the redness on my nail, so painful to touch.
In response to the managing director of this nail salon, I was mentioning “not clean throughoutly and some even damaged”. How was I rude? I requested for the nail clip from your manicurist in a normal tone and definitely not with a rude manner; she did not reject me, and a supervisor(?)then came in and informed me that the tool belonged to the salon and customers were not allowed to use it. Please do not twist the situation and confront the customer that he/she is rude. It is not your excuse for such an unprofessional manicurist to perform such an awful gel manicure removal.
If you’re into Japanese nail art, this place is a must visit! Very meticulous mani and pedi service and the manicurist is super skilled in Japanese nail art.
I’ve always tried getting other nail places to do Japanese nail art but they never really quite nail it.. Garden Nail Gallery however, did a superb job!!! Perhaps the best Japanese nail art I’ve seen in all my years doing nails 😀 Very pleased with the service and skills! ^^
