a month agogood staff and friendly …im sign up as a member here and will come backa year agoamazing foot spa , love the products but why did i choose two stars? i went here before covid strikes and the staffs here were super nice and friendly really love the after results and the amazing products used. however after mco and covid etc. the cashier was rude. my bad, i walked in your empty spa and she rudely says appointments only. (there were no customers at all) , i said oh okay then and she mumbles something and gave me a pair of slippers . emm maybe your staffs in the frontline needs more training in human interaction. the callus service was amazing by your staff just that the rudeness and the loud voices from your cashier kill the mood.8 months agoCurio Wangsa Walk branch never disappoint me! I’ve been a regular customer since 2018. Tbh, the result is so satisfying and pretty! I will never go to another spa or even another curio outlet ???. I’ve been visiting another curio outlet few times because of Wangsa Walk is fully booked, but sadly the outcome is not really satisfied me (ie: my nails not really shiny, my callus not removed properly) ?, maybe the staff not really trained or what I’m not sure. Anyways, good job Cik Emma and Cik Airin for taking care of my nails and foot ?. Worth every penny that I spent here ?. The spa embience also so comfyy i might fall asleep ahahahaha. For sure I will recommend my friends and families to come here very soon!4 months agoVery excellent service given. Im extremely satisfied by the service provided. Specially the staff Ms Airin did a very good job.I strongly recomonded people to try out foot treatments here in wangsa walk. Reasonable price with great service. Keep up the good work team. Cheers!!!

2 months agoI’ve had threading done here several times; however, experiences vary as different people perform the service. Sometimes it’s quite painful, while other times it’s bearable. The staff isn’t very friendly either.

My first time here. Being recommended by my good friend. He’s A loyal customer at Nail Bar. I was so surprised with their service. And they just renovated their wangsa walk branch. I can say it looks more suavè in my opinion and did meni pedi scrub combo. Felt really good! I’d come here often.

Not my first time here. Every time the service is very good and friendly. Didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. Pedicurist took her time to clean off all the dead skin and cuticles. They didn’t make any small talk with me, which is good because I got to relax. New salon is clean and tidy. Overall I’m a happy customer.
One of my usual places to do my nails for many years. I wouldn’t say this place is the best but it’s a decent place where I can get my nails cleaned and buffed. However, I would say the service has improved quite a bit now. I was greeted properly this time and a fresh hand towel and a water bottle/ snack were provided. The place is nicely renovated too. I also noticed the manicurist was gentler this time which I appreciate (actually it depends on the luck) Overall, I’m satisfied.
Me and my family have been their customers for years and never really had a bad experience, and I am always satisfied with the service. Staff are friendly as well. Surely recommended ??
