I’ve had threading done here several times; however, experiences vary as different people perform the service. Sometimes it’s quite painful, while other times it’s bearable. The staff isn’t very friendly either.

My first time here. Being recommended by my good friend. He’s A loyal customer at Nail Bar. I was so surprised with their service. And they just renovated their wangsa walk branch. I can say it looks more suavè in my opinion and did meni pedi scrub combo. Felt really good! I’d come here often.
Amazing services. Friendly staff (Fei) and superb. I’ll give 5 stars. For sure gonna come again.
Not my first time here. Every time the service is very good and friendly. Didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. Pedicurist took her time to clean off all the dead skin and cuticles. They didn’t make any small talk with me, which is good because I got to relax. New salon is clean and tidy. Overall I’m a happy customer.
One of my usual places to do my nails for many years. I wouldn’t say this place is the best but it’s a decent place where I can get my nails cleaned and buffed. However, I would say the service has improved quite a bit now. I was greeted properly this time and a fresh hand towel and a water bottle/ snack were provided. The place is nicely renovated too. I also noticed the manicurist was gentler this time which I appreciate (actually it depends on the luck) Overall, I’m satisfied.
Me and my family have been their customers for years and never really had a bad experience, and I am always satisfied with the service. Staff are friendly as well. Surely recommended ??
