amazing foot spa , love the products but why did i choose two stars? i went here before covid strikes and the staffs here were super nice and friendly really love the after results and the amazing products used. however after mco and covid etc. the cashier was rude. my bad, i walked in your empty spa and she rudely says appointments only. (there were no customers at all) , i said oh okay then and she mumbles something and gave me a pair of slippers . emm maybe your staffs in the frontline needs more training in human interaction. the callus service was amazing by your staff just that the rudeness and the loud voices from your cashier kill the mood.
Curio Wangsa Walk branch never disappoint me! I’ve been a regular customer since 2018. Tbh, the result is so satisfying and pretty! I will never go to another spa or even another curio outlet ???. I’ve been visiting another curio outlet few times because of Wangsa Walk is fully booked, but sadly the outcome is not really satisfied me (ie: my nails not really shiny, my callus not removed properly) ?, maybe the staff not really trained or what I’m not sure. Anyways, good job Cik Emma and Cik Airin for taking care of my nails and foot ?. Worth every penny that I spent here ?. The spa embience also so comfyy i might fall asleep ahahahaha. For sure I will recommend my friends and families to come here very soon!
This is my 04th time here, and Fantastcis service by The staffs. Really hard working staffs. Im extremely satisfied by the service provided. Specially the staff Ms Airin did a very good job.
I strongly recomonded people to try out foot treatments here in wangsa walk. Reasonable price with great service. Keep up the good work team. Cheers!!!
