a month agoI’m new to Singapore and Diva Queen was recommended to me by my friend and I have never looked back since! The service and quality is simply unmatched. They have a lot of colours to choose from and the evironment is condusive. I ALWAYS get complimented by my friends when I get my nails done there and always recommend them to go also. 10/10!a month agoI have been going to Divaqueen at Blk 418 since 2015. The staff have changed over the years but their service has always been top notch. They welcome you with a smile, politeness, and make you comfortable. The way they pay so much attention to details when doing nail art is so impressive. They would artistically arrange even the smallest star or bling. They would make sure that you are satisfied with your nails before leaving the shop. I love their service so much, I recommended them to my colleague and now she is a regular at their Junction9 outlet. From all the numerous times I have done mani pedi and sometimes lash lift with them, I have always been very satisfied. Highly recommended and you’ll surely go back again and again.4 months agoAlways have good service at Diva Queen. Their staff are very friendly and nice. We enjoyed their service alot and would definitely patronize more ❤️ thank you and continue what you’re doing, it’s really good!8 months agoI’ve been loyal customer to Diva Queen Yishun J9 for almost 3 years and WAS really happy with their customer service. Eversince one of their colleague, Catherine left to Malaysia for good, things starts to change. When i called for appt always busy and cannot book the timeslot. The waiting time is almost 3-4weeks before I can book appt. The price is affordable but I realized now they have even switched to cheap nail polish quality. Why i know this because my toe nail used to “last” for 4 weeks plus and now its only 2 weeks and already chipped! Not only that, i think the owner have to know that their employees really got bad attitude. When i called to book appt, she will always said, “busy, can i call u back!?” After that, they forgot to call me back Or they will call back but with super strange timeslot (e.g: weeknights @8pm). My last straw is today, my last appt with them as they told me no more $300 package anymore. In fact, they dont do package or membership anymore so all customer will be charged the same price. Dont worry, i will not come back or continue to do my nail there with this poor attitude and bad customer service. Faster finish ur package and runaway, girl.

First time visiting Better Nails, did Mani & Pedicure with her today. A very cosy environment to do nails and relax. There is even netflix for you to watch during the process of doing your nails! Lady boss is very friendly & patience. Would definitely recommend her and visit her again when I want to do my nails ?
I’ve had the best experience here at Better Nails 🙂 Lan is so kind and sweet, she pay extra attention to small details.. ensuring my gel manicure turned out the besttt… highly recommend to visit!!! I’ll definitely return next month to change another colour 🙂 P.s. there is Netflix to watch during the process too..
This is my second time at Better Nails and I’m sure I will always have my nails get done here. I have brittle nails and I saw that Lan was really delicate and careful in doing the nails. She is really good with her nail arts, friendly and approachable. The ambience is so relaxing and safe. The place is so clean and as hygienic as the first time I went there. It’s the best! ☺️
First time to Better Nails and really liking the outcome of my gel manicure! Had to reschedule a few times due to hectic calendar but owner was kind enough to accomodate. Love the home based salon and its amenities like netflix and clean surroundings, will be back for sure 🙂

Being a home based biz owner myself who takes pride in my work, I love it when I identify someone who is super duper meticulous. ?? I appreciate that she never lets me leave until she gets everything perfect. She’s also absolutely gentle and the sets she does are also super lasting! Already introduced many people over & she’s definitely the only nail artist I’ll go to!
