    Came to do a report, well behaved officers and they’re friendly too. Although they were too occupied with large numbers of accident cases today, they didn’t miss to give prompt response with warm service. Thank you

    Some traffic officer that in charge to take accidental report(fattah) at counter act arrogant, rude and lack of manners to the civilian, even shouting and cursing word indiscriminately. maybe they feel high and mighty to wear that uniform. Hope something can be done to change the attitude of this officer thus improve this station service quality. (This doesn’t reflect to other good and honest officer in service)

    The police for now, very RUDE!!!! Now many foreign country check the temperature by hand but the police still want us check by forehead with a RUDE attitude. N I ask him is him read the news n everywhere is check temperature by hand, n he still want to scold you back. SO NOW THE POLICE WONT HELP THE PEOPLE ONE, JUST KNOW HOW TO US THEIR RIGHTS FOR THEIR OWN, REALLY DONO HOW THEIR PARENTS HOW TO TEACH THEM

    First of all, this was my first time experience to make a report at this place. Maybe there were many cases to handle or the tiredness of the policemen, they didn’t seem to be friendly with the clients. Even the front desk policewoman were not interested to entertain my questions because she was looking elsewhere. I hope the police department could be more ‘mesra alam’ with clients to be with in near future.

    only one person (policeman) inchrge on accident report, people being que up for hours..emergency case, they should called extra policeman to attend/handle for public concerned
