  giving this station a solid 4.0 (higher than my cgpa), overall not a bad experience. had a splendid time spending my night there from 2am to 8am. the abang there was kind enough and allowed me to smoke in the traffic offense room while i waited for the sergeant in charge to report to work. as the clock struck 7.30am, the sergeant came and we had a little chat before he gave me an invite to attend court on wednesday. i was bamboozled and beyond awe, what an opportunity to expand my horizon.

  tldr: don’t drink and drive. 10/10 would come again tho

  A solid 4 star for all the traffic police from making report to meeting Sargent to explain on the accident. Everyone are so professional ? and big thumb up for them. Really respect them for their professionalism and very friendly too. 1 star minus for the bayaran counter for taking salinan report and keputusan. There staff are slow and somehow rude. Went on 23 July.

  THIS IS THE ONLY WAY I KNOW TO CONTACT YOU. A WOMAN BY THE NAME OF ANGELA KOTSIRA SHE IS FROM GREECE, SHE IS BEING HELD AGAINST HER WILL IN A TOWN BY THE NAME OF KUALA LABOUL, SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME A HOUSE NUMBER BECAUSE SHE IS NOT ALLOWED OUT SIDE. THE MAN SHE SAYS USES MAY NAMES ONE OF THEM IS GEORGE MOON, I AM SURE THATS PROBABLY NOT HIS REAL NAME. IF YOU HAVE CONTACT WITH THIS TOWN WILL YOU PLEASE NOTIFY THEM TO BE ON THE ALERT FOR HER, THE MAN IS BLACK AND HE EXTORTS MONEY FROME THE PEOPLE HE IS HOLDING.   Visited to enquire about getting a permit to move in/out. Police woman became unnecessarily and unexpected rude and impatient while answering questions.

  She did not help at all in performing a good service to citizens. So I left believing that what she said was true, that I don’t need a permit to move in/out. Then when I proceeded to apply at the management offices of two different residence they said it’s a must to get the permit. Call another police station, they said yes I will need a permit.

  What a joke.

  Never seen this kind rude police women before . I applied for cross state due to my mum discharge from hospital and I need arrange for her to check in nursing home. She refused my reason and say you can ask anyone relative to help you arrange and say : I dun think you need go back ! Excuse me , how you know my situation is ? How you can say like so easily , let see if now is ur mum you will say that again . I really furious she saying that

  Yesterday just request application of cross district due to fetching sibling working morning. We only asked enquiry to request what should do. That officer lady is impatient and only response that responsibility is up to roadblock. She asked us to take the risk go working pass through roadblock and check whether roadblock person in charge can be approved. After she reply, we also asked any other way and she start to felt us that not believe her, LOL. You think we all are really not believe, we just need your advise and service, is not your PERFUNCTORY.

  We feel the roadblock’s responsibility also handled by police. This is not make sense to ask us taking risk upon working. Kinda speechless.

  I went to this police station and was being helped by Vino. She was helpful but a bit rude but still better than the other two ladies with hijab. One named Yanti, she was laughing with her other lady officer about my case that I reported. They have no empathy AT ALL. They did not know how traumatic experience I have had with the person that I have reported resulted to how much details I am in providing all necessary documents just to be laughed at and they are underestimating my case report. The male officers indeed were more respectful than those ladies. I should have checked the reviews earlier before going there.

  They should have checked this Google review and no action taken after most people gave 1 star and willing to give 0 star????

  So frustrating where you had a PTSD and wanted to get help for the report but they laughed at it instead, very rude and unprofessional. They even returned my evidence and I don’t think my case will be checked and investigated further

  Apart from that, I still thank and give the star to Ms. Vino for helping out.

  Such an unpleasant experience, being treated by a disinterested officer. Being strict is one, but rude, impolite and sarcastic is another. Went to get a travel permit, not only did the officer not bother listening to why was i applying for the permit, she gave me one word answers, with no explanation why, simply dismissed me by saying we just follow what MKN says. That lady officer should be warned, seeing so many others with negative comments on this page.
