Reading on those posts and comments from others seems like most of the people are giving 5 stars as they are receiving an excellent services from this IPD Shah Alam.
Why am I rating this IPD as 3 stars because I am not the lucky one though…I launched an accident report at this police department dated 05 OCT 2016 @ 08:20 and I admitted that the officer attempt to my issue quickly and with patient. However, I was told that the Sargent in-charge is not on duty and I was told to come back another day. Shouldn’t there a duty roster if a specific Sargent is not on duty, a replacement Sargent could have attend to a general issues?
My concern is…why don’t they assign another Sargent to attend my issue or rather a specific Sargent? I am hoping a citizen wouldn’t spent too frequent visit or time to police department just to have a certified report for insurance submission…
The above is just my two cents. It may vary from others individual experience. Giving 3 stars is hoping the authority could re-look into providing any conveniences to the public and I don’t mean to discouraging the rest of the officer who has been performed excellent in their respective field. Room for improvement is there right? Peace ?
Went there for PDRM approval for cmco. The night shift PIC police ask me to go to other police station without even checking my address. After I notify them my address they insist I should go to other police station.
The attended police inform me that I could obtain approval from other police station on weekends even at night. When I went to other police station they told me they only work in the half day for Saturday and sunday.
How disappointing it was
Went to Saman traffic counter. 3 counters, another 1 person waiting. Overall i settled my issue in 3 mins. didnt wait also. Personnel was polite and helpful. Parking is easy outside.
sgt. goes out to buy kuih while we wait for hours with no notification… biasa la. hopeless waste of tax money
