My hairdresser was so friendly & boleh masuk kepala hehe we got along well so fast. 7 months agoVery bad experience. Poor of customer service. The staff is unfriendly. She did my hair so roughly. Very very very bad experience. First and last i came here. Not recommended at all. The price was not same as shown.a year agoHad okay experience when i first came here. But lately the customer service has been atrocious. The woman that did my few family members and mine’s hair was so unfriendly, kept sour face throughout the service and didnt bother to explain nicely when my sister asked her about the henna colours. Is this what the store wants to show the customers?? The same woman, when asked her to cut my hair like bob cut style, made me look like Dora instead. Overall unprofessional and wanted to show attitude as well. Dont recommend this place anymore unless theres change in the attitude displayed.7 months agobad service… the staff was quite rude.. definitely gonna be my last time going there.. and the cut was…a year agoThere’s only one person taking care of all customers so the waiting time is so long up to 1-2 hours.I’m satisfied with how my hair turned out but the price irks me. I’ve confirmed with her on the price through whatsapp but when it comes to paying, the price is marked up by RM25. Overall I’m super tired and I’ve no plan to repeat the same experience here again.a year agoI’ve shown her twice how short i wanted my hair to be and she cut it wayy shorter.. I’m not satisfied at all definitely not going to come again..

The owner of this salon is very friendly and kind. She did her work carefully and professionally. One of the muslimah friendly saloon. I’m very satisfied with facial treatment and haircut here. Definitely will visit again next time. Highly recommended
Nice and conducive environment in the shop. Muslimah friendly, have curtain to cover during hair cut or massage. The shope owner also very friendly. Just quite difficult to get parking around there.
