7 months agokak zaiton is the best. i have a very bad hairfall and my hair looks very dry, lifeless, thin and limp most of the days. but with her knowledge she make some adjustments and my hair actually are thicker than it actually is. i can say i lost my confidence because of my hair but after kak zaiton cut my hair, it looks much much better and feels a lot healthier. recommended?a year agoLove love love the experience I just had with Zee. Apart from having such a sunny personality, she was also able to cut my hair exactly how I wanted. So happy with the results! Most importantly the style is easy to manage. I can see why people are willing to drive from afar to get their haircut here ?❤️a year agoWent around 2 weeks ago and I’m still not over the haircut. Best haircut I’ve ever gotten and will definitely go again. Esp for those with curly hair that finds it difficult to find a good hairdresser. Tiptop service and owner was so friendly. She didn’t care if you’re satisfied with the hair cut until SHES satisfied it’s perfect haha 10/10 service. Don’t forget to make an appointment! 3 years agoStaff is friendly. Ade discount 15% until 31/8/2020 for any treatment. Female muslim customer only dibenarkan. Ada creambath, keratin and scalp treatment. Ade area utk children play area. Boleh bawa anak kecik. Friendly space for mom with small kids. Though improvement on service might be consider. Price is affordable too.10 months agoThe staff is friendly (TQ Diya!), price is affordable, product used is also good quality and service was also good. Keep up Safrya Saloon. Plus benefit it is solely for muslimah (female muslim) so you don’t have to worry and can take care of your aurat. Have prayer area and clean toilet for customer to use especially those doing service that take long hours such as rebonding. A waiting area with TV so good for kids waiting for other family members. Overall good salon with comfortable space and facilities.a year agoMy wife love to get her hair cut here. And my daughter love the wolfcut hair style to the max. All staff are very friendly and they are very gentle in performing the hair cut & wash services. This saloon has become their favourite and preferred saloon to get their hair done. They have promotion until end of November ??3 years agoIt’s a nice place for those always looking for affordable salon. It’s also muslimah friendly. Book an appointment before going there. Staff is friendly and nice. Interior can be improved a little.

Randomly book appointment. Then read all bad reviews from Google. Reconfirm the response. Oh God had good me time after 11 months. Valuable promo for face and hair. The staff Illa very gentle handle me. Must go nxt time. Easy access just exit monorail station. Parking headache.
I’m one of the satisfied customer in this salon, I went this morning and a lady named Fiza assist me and I like the way she explained every detail to me so that i can understand fully what is the problem of my face.

the staffs were so friendly, had my face scanning and consultation with one of the staffs named Bella, she was so kind and helpful, she explained all the details very well and easy to understand. she also did all the treatments. overall everything is good, will surely come again.
Firstly, I’m still bleeding and there’s not a single apology from the staff that did the manicure. It’s a cut cos it’s obviously bleeding, and you just proceed with buffing on top of the bleeding nail. It stained the buffer equipment too. Not even once you checked to see if I’m okay.
Second, when a customer has made an appointment and confirms what services they need, you don’t offer them different services. You deliver first, promo later. I understand your enthusiasm but you shouldn’t change what the customer initially requested just because they’re already there. It’s a spa, we’re not supposed to be stressed about promo stuff.
Third, I got there early just incase also got delayed later than my appointment time.
Please, protect your customer first.
