Randomly book appointment. Then read all bad reviews from Google. Reconfirm the response. Oh God had good me time after 11 months. Valuable promo for face and hair. The staff Illa very gentle handle me. Must go nxt time. Easy access just exit monorail station. Parking headache.
I’m one of the satisfied customer in this salon, I went this morning and a lady named Fiza assist me and I like the way she explained every detail to me so that i can understand fully what is the problem of my face.
And I can say that she did a very good job to satisfied her customer, and she was very polite.

the staffs were so friendly, had my face scanning and consultation with one of the staffs named Bella, she was so kind and helpful, she explained all the details very well and easy to understand. she also did all the treatments. overall everything is good, will surely come again.
Firstly, I’m still bleeding and there’s not a single apology from the staff that did the manicure. It’s a cut cos it’s obviously bleeding, and you just proceed with buffing on top of the bleeding nail. It stained the buffer equipment too. Not even once you checked to see if I’m okay.
Second, when a customer has made an appointment and confirms what services they need, you don’t offer them different services. You deliver first, promo later. I understand your enthusiasm but you shouldn’t change what the customer initially requested just because they’re already there. It’s a spa, we’re not supposed to be stressed about promo stuff.
Third, I got there early just incase also got delayed later than my appointment time.
Please, protect your customer first.
