  So, my friends and I went to try the promo of 59 RM facial. We were the consulted regarding our skin and somehow promoted for the skin treatment packages deals. This feels too long already, as we just wanted to try the facial. During the persuasion of us to try the packages deals, the beautician mentioned “This is just regular facial washing treatment, your skin will not get better.” Frankly, it was really weird the way they promoted it. Hence, all of us declined and insisted that we wanted to do the facial first. For the 59 RM facial, please beware that it’s without the NOSE extraction which needs add on for 50 RM. I wouldn’t mind if I add on with that price for the whole face, but its only nose area and they just mentioned they will extract blackheads & whiteheads and not mention it will be for nose only. And they asked me while my eyes was already closed and relaxed on the facial room bed. Truly, this feels like scam. As the facial is not even properly done, 1) they don’t double cleanse, they directly went for the facial wash and somehow, the water in the bowl was already there when I went in. So I was not sure whether it was already properly cleaned or not. 2) The mask was only LED light mask, so if your face was properly extracted, the pores weren’t properly closing in again. 3) The beautician wore gloves the whole time and did not look like they changed the gloves for every client, because they wore gloves already when showing us the way to the facial room. For the treatment, me and my friends booked for 12pm session and since I was the first one to go, I entered at almost 1pm and all of us finished at almost 3pm. I highly do not recommend for anyone to go here. I would recommend to go to a real dermatologist instead of a salon.

  I’m traumatized.. requested for curtain bangs but get unsymmetric wolf cut instead, left and right side difference about 2 inch, she even didn’t bother to compare whether they are in the same length. And she cut too far behind for a bang, it supposed to be just front hair but she cut until middle of my head, my hair already thin now it become thinner. My hair destroyed T_T she is Katy.

  The scalp treatment is good because the product is good, but I already trauma to come here, staffs are untrained, wash session is like being tortured, so painful when the staff keep pull my hair. You want to consider other branch seriously.

  Really good service by the two hairdressers! The woman (I didn’t ask her name) did a very stylish haircut and also recommended me a treatment based on my hair, and now my hair softer and more nurtured. They also were fast because they knew I had to leave. I definitely recommend this place!
