  1. Recommended salon for muslimah in Kuantan. Been here for the 3rd time already, will always be the first choice in future ✨

  2. Bad service. Did rebonding then failed. Staf promise can re-do without any payment. But suddenly change the statement, need to pay for re-do treatment. Dissapointed because its my regular saloon to visit since I move to kuantan. So not going to proceed any treatment here dah.

    Explanation from my side
    Yes i did rebonding on 20/10
    Staf said tak boleh basuh rambut 3 hari.
    So sebab tu sy report on 24/10, which is hari ke 4, lepas I dah basuh rambut. Then I notice rambut i makin rosak, rebond tu tak jd. I terus inform through whatapps.

    Kerja sy mmg busy. I need to find time in between to squeeze utk pergi appointment. Yes sy mengaku my fault didnt show up to appt. But did you cek properly, the staf didnt even remind me or follow up on the appt. Thats why I forgot the appt. Even you guys sendiri pun tak remind & follow up on client. Yes the last appt yg I set tu pun I tak sihat, you think orang tak sihat ada masa ke nak notify you guys????
    Very poor customer service.
    And whats the point I pergi cek within 7 days kalau tak boleh claim warranty. So absurb that the treatment need to be done in 7 days. Asalkan cek dalam masa tu dah la.
    And last thing, pls train your staf properly on doing hair treatment. Not everyone has time to go back to re-do treatment if failed.
