  1. Worst customer service. The person at the counter does not answer properly to customer. He was so rude with me. Customer should be treated nicely as because of customers your shop is still working. You are getting paid to serve us. But this fellow does not understand basic manners of speaking with customers.

  2. World is heading towards digital payment but 7-eleven still does not have cashless payments. And cash counter people are still showing attitude about it. Being a customer, If you ask about card payment, person at the counter feel offended. He answers rudely. Can’t they just say simple ‘No’. No matter I am asking it first time or second time. Why would it make him feel offended. I had cash for 4 RM only. But my bill was more than 4 RM. So obviously I will ask him that do you accept cards or not. Why is wrong in it. So disgusting. This 7eleven Glomac Cyberjaya branch definitely lost its one customer for sure.

  3. 1. Poor service (broken machine, waited 25 mins for my drinks so I replaced with another meals), 2. lack of space (cash register in front of ice cream fridge), 3. inefficient system (hard to see the menu, menu cards not in order). Not recommended since we have many better options.

  4. Staff are super rude, wanted to pay using card but can’t say nicely that they are changing shift. Atleast tell in a proper way and can’t pay using card, but no have to be mad if customer wants to pay using card
