5 months agobought three onigiri with my friend, saw the offer 3 for $6.20 so i bought it. when i purchased male chinese cashier with orangey brown spiky hair wearing glasses told me it costed $8.20 after my purchase. when i asked for refund for one onigiri he refused because the payment was done. there was so many offer cards saying “onigiri 3 for $6.20” there was literally no chance of not seeing the promotion. told the cashier that the offer is so clearly stated there but he just stood there and shook his head? not trying to pick problem but this is straight up scamming and if the offer is no longer valid, they should remove the sign.3 months agoThe female Indian attitude very bad . When I request paywave she refused it . She ask for cash payment . But other people can use paywave . She very no good attitude . So many time already2 months agoBad customer service. Cashier taking own sweet time to attend to customer. Engaging to their task which can be pause. They attend only when it start to have long queue.2 months agoAbsurd that the staff doesn’t allow people to stay in the convenience store for too long (I was in for about 15 mins) without purchase. I was then told off and asked to get out. Surprising.a week agoGood & helpful service from male non Chinese staff.

I bought a cold food bc i need to eat smth on the go. But the cashier didn’t tell me the microwave isn’t working until after I paid. He didn’t even apologize afterwards, just left the store trying to ignore my annoyed face.
Took $3 25% discounted wrap with other items, checked the receipt and realised cashier charged me original price, when asked, her face be like ‘nah take it bro’, asked for second time, she refunded me 25¢, asked her 3rd time finally she took out calculator and refund me another 50¢, almost being scammed….
Generally ok but one of your staff (Indian lady) working night shift has an attitude problem.
Incident 1 – I wanted to purchase a sandwich. I was standing by the sandwich shelf, holding my sandwich while trying to open my Yuu app. She suddenly called out to me saying “You paying now??”, impatiently rushing me over to the cashier before I was even ready. So I went over to the counter. I set down my sandwich and she immediately scanned it. When I then managed to open my app and showed it to her, she insisted that she couldn’t scan it because she had already scanned my sandwich, and even if she scanned it, I wouldn’t get points. Other staff have reset the purchase for me in order to get the points so I know it’s a simple procedure and she could have clicked a few more buttons to do so. I didn’t insist however, and simply finished my purchase and left with a bad taste in my mouth.
Incident 2 (1 Apr 2023, 7.57pm): I was buying a sandwich, same staff at the counter. I set down my Yuu app before setting down my sandwich. She took my sandwich, scanned it, THEN scanned the Yuu app, resulting in me not getting any points. Furthermore, she had a grumpy face and had no response when I said thanks.
Please teach your staff customer service.
