You know why I’m giving 1 star? The reason is simple, the Pepsi had assorted drinks (Pepsi Black Mango, Lime, Black only, 500ml) all RM 5.00 for 2 of the same kind, but in the end when I try to purchase for the 2 bottles of Pepsi Black Mango, at first I thought the cashier (looks like he is new) was confused, but then after that he keep on asserting that its original price. I was then very furious, how can it be that its written on the tag saying RM5.00 and yet the cashier says its original price?! I’m not looking it wrongly, it says PROMOTION until around mid SEPTEMBER 2023 on the tag of the product price. If you don’t believe me, can go to any 7-Eleven and see for yourself the promotion for assortment of Pepsi started from 31st July to September 2023. Very Misleading and dishonest! ?? In addition WASTED MY WORK TIME and can’t even get it due to the original price.

Possibly the worst 7-Eleven branch I have ever been to. I was wondering where the cashier was and why was the shop left unattended, then I saw that the cashier was sitting beside a stall across the road chit chatting. Serious improvements need to be made.

Waited for 30min for a matcha latte. The worker just chill there and play with the equipment. Bruh, come to work or come enjoy?

    Aircond always down, like 365 days per day, they don’t hv the aircond for 320 days. Workers attitude bad. Always ask for small change. Feel like won’t visit any 7-11 anymore. I suggest everyone who read me pls go to Family mart.

    2. Good idea but bad execution. The trash were there for more than 30mins yet no one clean up. Ordered a sausage bun, the bun is warm but the sausage is cold as just out from fridge.

    3. Bigger. More choices to buy like nake up stuff, books etc. More food choices. Coffee so so. Good thing is got place to sit.

      Cleanliness : acceptable (eat then throw sendiri lo, all adult and grown up)
      Staff : friendly
      Overall : if you wanna do work, come on weekend early morning
